Unfortunately have never experienced such bad customer service until my most recent order. I have many watches from Daniel Wellington but my latest experience has left me out of pocket and no product and very little support from customer service. They don’t have a phone line to talk to someone but assured me they would be able to assist quickly via email. My parcel arrived at the collection point nearly two weeks ago and after many hours on the phone to the delivery company they said it was down to the sender to sort out. Well I have now been out of pocket for 3 weeks and they are telling me I have to wait another 5-10 business days to even get a refund. Many other companies at least appear helpful and send out a replacement item whilst they recover the “lost” product. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife that was due to arrive well before her birthday but I am just utterly shocked at the lack of support from this company. I do not normally post such reviews but left very upset and lost with no action left to take.

I had seen a bracelet I liked on DW site but it didn’t give the size. I got an email asking what I needed and they quickly came back with all the info I needed. I have several DW watches too …..love them all

I ordered watches as a present on October 6th, being sure there was enough time, especially since the website stated that the parcel would be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Today is October 17th, and now the agent i’m contacting to says: “Unfortunately, this process may take a few weeks to complete depending on the speed of your customs office.”
This is very misleading and frustrating. There is no clear information about when I will receive my order or what is actually happening with the shipment.
I would appreciate an explanation and an update on the current status of my parcel.

Used the cheapest courier provider which has meant delayed delivery and I am not able to receive it for another 3 weeks. Give pathetic generic customer service responses to queries to avoid responsibility. Don't waste time or energy on this garbage brand.

Beware of this online store, the customer service is the worst and even more, they use UPS as their courier, they have the same kind of customer service as well. I have sent countless inquiries about my order both to DW and UPS but I never got any help, especially the store, they are very good on ignoring your emails, I eventually asked for a refund I do not care about the ordered items anymore but even that is impossible, this store just accepts payments from customers but do not care or take any responsibilities on whether the customer has received the order.
Update: And now they respond! If I’ll submit another complaint, are you really going to take the time to review my case? And what’s the difference this time? I wont waste another second of my time with this awful store. If you would like to help me you have to take the time to read and review all the emails that I have already sent you! Better yet, just send me the refund!!! I’m not interested in your products anymore. If you are really interested it’s order no. SH635499. Let’s see if you can manage to give any customer service/support. On the other hand forget sending me messages/response just send me back my payment! I just want a refund!!!

I got my Watch and i couldn’t set it up. We send it back and get new Watch and another one was broken. We even take it to watch shop SO someone proffesional can help us but she also couldn’t do that. We set up for refund but weelington send us another watch. We send it back - it was third time and finally they saw that we want refund, not another watch. It took a lot of time and it was awful experience. We bought first watch in the begining od may and yesterday we got money back which is Three months later. Contact with the wellington was hard. We wrote three messages to get one information. I’m so unsatisfaied. I have their watch, I bought it few years Ago and everything was perfect so i don’t know what happened to them.

Compré un reloj en El Corte Inglés de Girona y, a las pocas semanas, las circonitas empezaron a oscurecerse de forma anormal, a pesar de que el reloj apenas lo he usado y siempre ha estado bien guardado. No ha tenido un uso diario ni ha estado expuesto al agua ni a condiciones extremas.
Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y, a pesar de explicar todo claramente, se negaron a darme una solución. Alegaron “desgaste por uso”, lo cual no tiene sentido en un producto de este precio y con tan poco tiempo de uso.
Solo pedía un cambio por el mismo modelo pero sin circonitas, ya que es la única parte que se ha deteriorado. No pedía un reembolso ni compensaciones, simplemente una solución razonable. Me parece inaceptable que una marca como esta no se haga responsable de un defecto evidente en su producto.
Muy mala experiencia. No repetiré y no la recomiendo.

I purchased a watch from El Corte Inglés in Girona, and just a few weeks later, the zirconia stones started to darken abnormally. The watch has barely been worn — it’s always been stored properly, never exposed to water, and only used occasionally for special outings.
I contacted customer service and clearly explained the issue, but they refused to offer any solution. They claimed it was “wear and tear,” which makes no sense for a watch that’s been used so little and shows a clear quality issue.
All I asked for was the same watch model without the zirconia, as that's the only part that deteriorated. I wasn’t asking for a refund or any compensation — just a fair and reasonable replacement. It’s disappointing that a brand like this won’t stand by their products.
