I placed an order on October 12, 2025, and the payment was taken from my card, but I never received any confirmation or tracking number.
I contacted Burker support several times, sent a bank statement as proof of payment, but I received no real help or reply.
It’s very disappointing — I expected more professional service.
If I don’t receive my order or a refund soon, I’ll have to request a chargeback through my bank.
