Faulty product

I've had my ring for 8 months. It's currently not working for the second time. The first time, the ring broke after about six weeks, and they issued a replacement. Now, they keep telling me to factory reset the ring, wait a few hours to see if it solves the issue (it doesn't!), and send screenshots of my app home page. Then repeat their instructions again. Absolutely useless.

This is just awful service and ring

This is just awful service. Support keeps disconnecting and doesn't answer questions.
I ordered my first Ultrahuman Ring Air, but after 8 months it simply stopped working. I received a second ring, but it also stopped working after 6 months. It won't charge or connect to my phone. Support says the warranty period has expired and I have to buy a third ring. This is an unbelievable scam. For five days, I haven't been able to get support to even give me the cost of a new ring, taking into account the trade-in value of the two broken rings. I do not recommend this brand. Take a look at Oura instead.

Very expensive mistake

This is a follow up review, I’m now on my fourth rubbish ring.

I was given one of these rings for Christmas last year, purchased on the 19 December 2024. Since then I have had three replacements. On average they only work for a few months. The fourth has lasted less than a month. There is nothing I can do to have fourth ring replaced Ultrahuman have a policy, no more than three replacements, regardless of the warranty. There is very little that can be done, Ultrahuman are based in India, where purchases are shipped from. At best they are a mediocre tracker, with too much worthless information, my doctor has told me is inaccurate and useless. As a sports tracker they are also provide limited information. These are nowhere near as good as they claim to be.

Thank you very much for your reply. Are you going to inform your useless customer service, they need to respect the warranty promised, when we purchase such an expensive item and not allow them to enforce your policy of only four replacements and offer us a refurbished replacements. It is not the customer’s fault you are selling overpriced malfunctioning rings, that only last a few weeks. You know there are problem and are still selling faulty goods, which is illegal in the UK.

Do not buy it, save some stress

I don't understand how this ring has such good reviews, for example, on Argos. I can easily say that this is the worst smart device I have ever owned. It does track sleep well—if it doesn't die halfway through the night, as the battery lasts, on average, only 8 hours. At the beginning, for about a month, the battery lasted 3-4 days, but after that, it was 8 hours or less. Customer support replaced the ring for me twice, and all of them had the same issues: a weak battery and connectivity problems. Sometimes, the ring would charge the whole night, but the app would still say that the ring had critically low battery and it wouldn't connect. Very often, if I put the ring on my finger and hadn't opened the app before bedtime, the ring wouldn’t record the sleep data. Sometimes, I couldn’t finish my exercise session, so the timer would continue running even though I had stopped cycling, which added extra time. Overall, very very disappointed with this item. I hope I will get my money back.

The ring was great intuitive and hard wearing, what ultrahuman don't tell you is that they have a manufacturing issue for a defective battery so after you've purchased this lovely shiny expensive ring which is a bit more than their competitors you'll be riddled with battery drainage issues.
It's not a mild case either it really is severe battery drainage issues. They refuse to take responsibility for this and decided it was perfectly fine not to replace my really really expensive ring. They do not care about the aftersales of their products.
The customer care teams fob you off with excuses and take their time in responding to things that are simple and straight forward.
I would not consider or recommend this brand at all. if you want a smart ring genuinely do your research and consider a cheaper option.
The loops I have had to go through to get a refund for the warranty i paid and the plug in is beyond hard work. I can't express how disappointed I am with a brand that had good youtube reviews. I wouldn't consider a smart ring again going forward ultrahuman has completely ruined the experience for me.

I have emailed the email you've provided and it's bounced back to say it doesn't exist? What a joke of a company you truly are.
