This is just awful service. Support keeps disconnecting and doesn't answer questions. I ordered my first Ultrahuman Ring Air, but after 8 months it simply stopped working. I received a second ring, but it also stopped working after 6 months. It won't charge or connect to my phone. Support says the warranty period has expired and I have to buy a third ring. This is an unbelievable scam. For five days, I haven't been able to get support to even give me the cost of a new ring, taking into account the trade-in value of the two broken rings. I do not recommend this brand. Take a look at Oura instead.

On 26 October, I paid for the issue of a NIF number for my son. I chose to issue it in 5 days. It has been 3 weeks (more than 20 days), NIF is not done. I have sent the child's birth certificate twice in English (!), the manager writes in Whatsapp that the document needs to be translated into English. This is a silly thing to say. I have done NIF for myself and my wife with this company before, but now I see that the company fails to handle objections and basic function. I don't recommend

Let's take a closer look at the events in order: - 14/10 when you're contacting us about NIF for kids, we sent you list of documents, one of the important things was that child's birth certificate should be in English, additionally we offered you help with translation if you need it or you can't do it by yourself. - At 26/10 you make and order next day 27/10 we sent you notification that we need child's birth certificate in English to start the process, there was no reply from you, we remind you again at 16/11. - You said that you contacted us 28/11, but our WhatsApp Business work as CRM and fix all messages that were sent us, so there are any messages from at 28/10. - 16/10 we received from you, child's birth certificate in English, and sent you for signature POA that should be signed by you to start the process, without this lawyer have no permission to initiate the process. NIF process can't be started without all provided documents that meet tax office requirements and signed POA.
Our company always guarantees terms and services that are noted at our site in terms when we received all required documents.
When we receive signed POA we will try our best to do it tomorrow.
UPD. Maxim, as we noted before, as soon as we got, signed by you POA, we made your kid NIF in 24 hours, is more than fast, I will be very grateful if you have an opportunity to update your review.
