Disappointed with Ultrahuman Ring — Doesn’t Work, No Real Customer Support

Review:
I purchased the Ultrahuman Ring expecting accurate fitness and sleep tracking, but it has not worked as advertised.
• The ring fails to connect consistently.
• Activity tracking is inaccurate compared to other wearables I’ve used.
• When I tried to contact support, the in-app chat claims it will connect you to a human, but instead loops endlessly with an AI bot and never resolves the issue.

I’ve reached out multiple times with no response or fix. For a premium-priced product, I expected both reliability and accessible human support — unfortunately, I received neither.
