Really good smart ring. The app is very easy to download and use. The battery life is better than expected. It is definitely worth the money. The customer service has been fast in responding and affective. I ordered the sizing kit first, once this arrived, I just simply emailed them back with my size, and they shipped the ring out the very same day. I would definitely recommend Optim ring. I am very please with my purchase.

Good experience of customer service! My ring stopped charging after a few months and they’ve agreed to send a new one as replacement free of charge which is great. I’ve worn it every day since getting it and it’s so helpful to monitor steps, sleep etc.

I was skeptical, but I took the risk. This recently new company deserves 5 stars. Awesome customer service, they respond the same day. Amazing product, as advertised. Amazing price, cant beat it with a no subscription app. Shipping is easy, updated me every step, and relatively quick. The sizing is perfect. The ring works well. The only thing that didnt work as advertised was the temperature feature on the rose gold ring (only the rose gold one) Customer Support wa thorough in making sure we came up with a solution that I was happy with. I recommend this ring. My husband and sister both bought one after me!

I have reached out to their customer service with a few questions about my ring. They were so quick to answer, so kind in giving me all the answers I needed! I have also loved the data the ring has given me so far. I was a little surprised when the ring came in curved, you can tell more of the shape of the ring in review pictures than in the listing pictures. It didn’t bother me, I was just not expecting it! Overall it is a great ring/company!!

Ordered the Optim ring for Fathers Day-experience was smooth-sizing rings provided which was great-actual ring followed a few weeks later. App is easy to download/pair with ring. My husband loves the sleep data, heart rate and steps. Very easy to use and the ring and accessories are very sleek/stylish. Unfortunately the ring stopped charging/pairing to App after a few months use. I reached out to customer service-very prompt reply-offered trouble shooting/tips etc. after a few short videos they figured out the issue and sent me a new ring within a few weeks. Awesome customer service! Could not say enough great things! Will purchase again!

Great customer support

I had ordered sizing kit and ordered the size based off that. Ring came and was smaller than the sizing kit. The company initially tried to tell me that there was no difference but there clearly was. They sent me a size larger in the end and I love it.

I was looking for a ring for many years now, did not want any monthly fees ! then cam Optim Ring !

Have it for a few weeks now, looks great ! Working with the FREE app to understand all the features and graphs !
