The in app product chat are beyond frustrating! They dont resolve on going issues and take forever to respond and when they do , its taken so long i am not available. I follow their directions and send screen shots etc but the issue of shotty sleep data comes and goes is always there. Your customer service is in serious need of a reboot especially if you stand by your product; you should care more about your customers!

Terrible first impression of this company. I never received my order , even though they took out my payment for it. I have called numerous numbers mailbox unavailable ; I've sent emails no response. I will not be ordering anything from this company again. Still have not heard back from anyone at this point in time.
