Ford Fiesta YP69CCA
Ford Fiesta YP69CCA - currently for sale on their website...DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased this car 20.02.2025. On the day of delivery I received a call saying it was not coming as the alloy wheel was damaged. It had been agreed prior to purchase that the alloy wheels would all be refurbished and the car would be serviced. I understood it that the non- delivery was because that work had not been completed. Cinch asked if I needed a courtesy car in the meantime, which I said yes. To get the courtesy car took two days and thirty two phone calls!!!!
There were numerous emails and phone calls between myself and Cinch over the following couple of weeks, but they were unable to tell me when I would receive the car. I then decided to start an official complaint with Cinch, to which I was allocated an agent to deal. It was during the course of the emails between myself and the complaints agent that I found out the car had been damaged whilst in their possession. The car had been hit on the rear passenger side of the vehicle and required bodywork repairs. Foolishly I continued with this purchase, when in actual fact I should have cancelled immediately! However, I did have a brand new courtesy car to use, so waited. Finally after nearly five weeks the car I had purchased arrived...advertised on Cinch with NO imperfections. I have photos of at least 10...there were scratches, dents, paint scuffs and the repair to the rear passenger side was not good! (I was never told exactly what happened to cause this damage).
I refused delivery of the vehicle and requested a refund. I did receive my refund and have been compensated for my out of pocket expenses eg car tax and insurance, plus a small amount for the bad communication and inconvenience. However, please note that the car is again for sale on their website, still with the original advertisement...the mileage has not been updated to reflect the 100mile round trip for delivery and still no imperfections listed!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING THIS CAR!!!
