Product capabilities are good

The product’s capabilities are good, but unfortunately the battery life is poor and customer service was disappointing. I was asked to wait three days for a ring that wasn’t connecting — an obvious hardware issue — yet there was no effort to properly check or resolve it. Instead, there was an endless and needless back-and-forth over email, even with the founder/CEO copied in. I’ve agreed to try a third replacement. Let’s see how this goes!
