Faulty product

I've had my ring for 8 months. It's currently not working for the second time. The first time, the ring broke after about six weeks, and they issued a replacement. Now, they keep telling me to factory reset the ring, wait a few hours to see if it solves the issue (it doesn't!), and send screenshots of my app home page. Then repeat their instructions again. Absolutely useless.
