My gen 2 is comfortable to wear, but the data can be pretty unreliable. Sometimes it's spot on, and sometimes it's off by more than 50%! Arguably that's the most important part of any tracker.

I had an Oura ring which was bulkier and required a monthly fee. I much prefer the lightness of RingConn esthetically, as well as its much longer battery life, and metrics.

Customer service has been very responsive although sometimes may take up to a day or so to hear back. Regardless the issues were solved to my satisfaction even if the product wasn't.

Everything's fine except that it's unclear how accurate the measurements and readings are. I compare it to a watch and see if there's a difference, not much, but there is one.

The ring sizing kit worked well. My ring was delivered on time, fits well, and is working great. I like all of the health tracking features and the long battery life.

The battery life is great and app is easy to use! I wish the activity had an option for housework and yard work as that is what it automatically detects fairly often.
