No delivery

I ordered 2 rings on August 10th, and to this day August 28th, I still haven't received anything. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I keep getting the same response - that it's busy and they are doing everything possible to ship the items

Waited for 10 days to receive my sizing…

Waited for 10 days to receive my sizing kit. Once I received it, I informed the customer service and told them about my bad experience and asked them if they can speed up the process once I confirm my ring size. After confirming, 4 days have passed and I still didn't receive the ring. The information they provided - which I am sure they give to everybody - is that their demand is high and that they cannot influence the delivering companies time. I would just like to tell them to stop spreading misinformation then if they are unable to keep up their promise. I haven't even started using the ring, and I already have a bad experience. They still leave much to be desired.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that both your sizing kit and your actual ring were shipped out the next working day after each respective step. The delay you experienced unfortunately occurred during processing by DHL, which is currently facing longer handling times due to high parcel volume.

While we try to ensure the fastest possible delivery, certain shipping processes remain outside our direct control. That said, we’ve already reached out to DHL's business customer support to clarify and escalate the issue.

According to the latest tracking update, your ring is expected to be delivered on Monday. We’re very sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused – this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
