Like it in theory but they lack…

Like it in theory but they lack professionalism. I reached out to work together but despite multiple follow-ups, I was completely ignored for months. They eventually confirmed they received the emails, and will be in touch in future, without apology. This experience left me feeling disappointed in their lack of professionalism and communication. People should be aware of this before investing (and wasting) their time.

Jackson's Art is better

Jackson's Art is better. Cassart prices are often very inflated (a lot higher than Jackson's Art or Bromleys in the UK) and their online store uses the worst delivery service (Evri) which have lost two packages, and damaged more. Unfortuately there isn't an online order I've made from CassArt that did not have a problem. The two standing stars are for the in person stores which are nice.

If you do shop in person at CassArt, I recommend checking Jackson's Art and showing their price at the till so that CassArt can match it.

Excellent

Excellent! I've been buying from Jacksons Art for the past 5 years - the art supplies, prices and customer service has been amazing! Even when issues with delivery couriers arose, Jackson's were so helpful at helping resolve them. They are the best art store in the UK, and their prices are fantastic. A company that values artists and their customers.

Frustrating waste of money

Frustrating waste of money. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this ring. After a few months it stopped syncing completely and prior to that it would stop syncing intermittently. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. Suuuuper slow to response, often switching from one person to another; and they just ask you to do the same steps over and over and over and over again. Shaad Ali would only reply ever 20 minutes or so, making the conversations even more terrible. I'm still trying to get a replacement or a refund, months later. They are a total scam and I've personally lost respect for all the Youtubers that made gifted / paid videos saying otherwise.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs – Debenhams are scamming customers.
I returned a chair weeks ago using their own courier, and they confirmed receipt. Yet I'm still chasing a refund. Customer service is a revolving door of different agents giving me nonsense updates — the latest being that a refund was requested but not processed, and I should just keep contacting them.

There’s no complaints system, no accountability, and no resolution in sight. I now have to go through my bank to recover the money — just like many others.

Their Trustpilot rating speaks for itself. This is not the Debenhams we used to know — the quality is poor, the service is worse, and they’re holding onto customers’ money despite receiving returns.

Absolutely disgraceful. Borderline fraudulent. Be warned.

Waste time and Energy. Made mistakes, took extra payments

Though the deals were appealing, I can see why people advise against using third party providers. Very slow, waste time, made mistakes, took extra payments.
Instead of it taking 1 day as advertised I received a broken phone and it was then 1 month of numerous calls and emails to get my money back/end a contract. The advisors kept "advising" incorrect advise and they handled my data unsecurely.
