Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. After contacting customer service for help with faulty syncing, random inaccurate data, sample sizes fitting smaller, it was agreed a new ring would be sent out. 2 months later I have chased this up and have been told I am not getting one even though I’ve been told I was and have been waiting this past 2 months. Terrible service. Never again. Random data is being collected when ring is off body, putting the stats clean wrong. Useless.

Missing items and lack of update

Last week I only received 1 out of 2 boxes for the wardrobe I ordered. Instead of box 2 being a wardrobe it was someone else’s order. The delivery drivers took photos of the labels showing it had been delivered to our house and unfortunately never noticed that one of the boxes had a label for an address over 100 miles away.

I phoned the next morning when we realised. Never heard anything back so phoned again on Tuesday and was advised that I could expect redelivery by the Friday. Still hadn’t heard any confirmation so phoned again this morning to find out what time to expect delivery tomorrow and… it’s not happening. They have no idea when it will be happening either. I asked to be provided with an update later today (after having contacted customer services 3 times now) which she agreed to do but again never heard anything.

A more proactive approach is needed. I can understand this was a fault on the delivery company, however to leave customers hanging like this is disappointing. A replacement could have been sent out by now if it has gone missing.

Hopefully I can update this review if I do miraculously receive my redelivery tomorrow but as it stands, it doesn’t seem like I will be receiving it any time soon. My husband took a day off work last week to build this wardrobe and organise the room, which was a complete waste of a days holiday.
