The ring stopped tracking anything.
I have spent more than a week going back and forth with customer service who just tell you to do the same thing over and over again - it's maddening!
Clearly, there are major faults with this product - I have had lots of issues with it before this one.
Customer service clearly have no idea how to fix anything - while a lack of subscription seems like a good thing - it clearly results in no money being spent on the product or making sure it works.
Avoid at all costs!
