The ring stopped tracking anything.

I have spent more than a week going back and forth with customer service who just tell you to do the same thing over and over again - it's maddening!

Clearly, there are major faults with this product - I have had lots of issues with it before this one.

Customer service clearly have no idea how to fix anything - while a lack of subscription seems like a good thing - it clearly results in no money being spent on the product or making sure it works.

Avoid at all costs!

Awful customer service

Do not order from this company.

They were great at taking my money and delivering damaged items - it is a month later and I'm still trying to arrange a return.

Most of the time customer services just ignore your emails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible customer service

Great products, let down by terrible customer service :(

You take payment for 30 meals - a week later no meals have arrived - I contact the company to be told the delay was due to a missing ingredient…..

You should contact your customers to advise them if their meals will be dispatched after the expected date.

I was then told they would be sent out that day on next day delivery.

It is now a further 4 days later and I have no meals and no dispatch email.

I purchased a box, 5 weeks later and it hasn't arrived - no reply to the email I sent or the social media messages.
Avoid at all costs!

Great until Hermes lose your parcel

My parcel should have been delivered 11 days ago - Hermes don't know where it is and I keep being told by Look Fantastic that this is 'being looked into'
A decent company would have resent the parcel to me - not good Look Fantastic!!

Don’t sell your tech with Music Magpie…

Don’t sell your tech with Music Magpie - they never give you what they say they will.

I sent my item in mint condition with original box and charger - they said it was in poor condition and reduced my price from £400 to £40! Jokers!

I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive.

When you originally created the order you stated that your device was in "Good" condition. Upon receipt and diagnosis of your item, our technicians have found pressure marks and screen peel to be present, deeming the item to be faulty as per our condition specifications.

We can assure you that we have highly trained technicians working in our grading department and the final decision is overseen by a manager to ensure the items have been graded correctly; I can only apologise you are not happy with their assessment. Images of the issues found upon assessment been provided to you in response to the email you have sent to us, and we will continue to correspond to your via email in relation to this matter.
