Very expensive mistake
This is a follow up review, I’m now on my fourth rubbish ring.
I was given one of these rings for Christmas last year, purchased on the 19 December 2024. Since then I have had three replacements. On average they only work for a few months. The fourth has lasted less than a month. There is nothing I can do to have fourth ring replaced Ultrahuman have a policy, no more than three replacements, regardless of the warranty. There is very little that can be done, Ultrahuman are based in India, where purchases are shipped from. At best they are a mediocre tracker, with too much worthless information, my doctor has told me is inaccurate and useless. As a sports tracker they are also provide limited information. These are nowhere near as good as they claim to be.
Thank you very much for your reply. Are you going to inform your useless customer service, they need to respect the warranty promised, when we purchase such an expensive item and not allow them to enforce your policy of only four replacements and offer us a refurbished replacements. It is not the customer’s fault you are selling overpriced malfunctioning rings, that only last a few weeks. You know there are problem and are still selling faulty goods, which is illegal in the UK.
