Great - when it actually works
Received an Air ring as s birthday gift last summer, and was immediately impressed with the insights provided without the need for a bulky wristband or smart watch. The joy didn’t last long as the ring suddenly stopped responding to the app. Multiple troubleshooting steps later, customer service shipped me a new ring, and away I went - or so I thought. The new ring died in exactly the same way within a week. This scenario repeated itself 3 times, until on my 5th replacement, Ultrahuman suddenly informed me that I had exhausted my replacement quota, and I’d have to buy a new ring, unless I could summon up the purchase invoice (keep in mind: this was a gift - I didn’t have an invoice).
Appalling build quality and - I suspect - lack of quality testing on firmware updates. A shame really, as it provided a much more cost-friendly alternative to Oura.
