This is just awful service and ring

This is just awful service. Support keeps disconnecting and doesn't answer questions.
I ordered my first Ultrahuman Ring Air, but after 8 months it simply stopped working. I received a second ring, but it also stopped working after 6 months. It won't charge or connect to my phone. Support says the warranty period has expired and I have to buy a third ring. This is an unbelievable scam. For five days, I haven't been able to get support to even give me the cost of a new ring, taking into account the trade-in value of the two broken rings. I do not recommend this brand. Take a look at Oura instead.
