This is a follow up to a review i've left earlier detailing the below

I would genuinely give less star's if i could, where do i begin?
The ring was great intuitive and hard wearing, what ultrahuman don't tell you is that they have a manufacturing issue for a defective battery so after you've purchased this lovely shiny expensive ring which is a bit more than their competitors you'll be riddled with battery drainage issues.
It's not a mild case either it really is severe battery drainage issues. They refuse to take responsibility for this and decided it was perfectly fine not to replace my really really expensive ring. They do not care about the aftersales of their products.
The customer care teams fob you off with excuses and take their time in responding to things that are simple and straight forward.
I would not consider or recommend this brand at all. if you want a smart ring genuinely do your research and consider a cheaper option.
The loops I have had to go through to get a refund for the warranty i paid and the plug in is beyond hard work. I can't express how disappointed I am with a brand that had good youtube reviews. I wouldn't consider a smart ring again going forward ultrahuman has completely ruined the experience for me.

I have emailed the email you've provided and it's bounced back to say it doesn't exist? What a joke of a company you truly are.

I'd give it -1 if i could AVOID AVOID AVOID. AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU.

I'd give it -1 if i could. This is the worst card you can get your hands on. IT'S DEFINETLY IS NOT WORTHWHILE IF YOU ARE DRIVING ABROAD. You will not be able to use your own pre-loaded money for fuel at ANY unmanned fuel station. It was a hassle upon hassle to even get it set up and then almost get stranded abroad. Ridiculous, this is not even fit for purpose how it exists i do not know. You will also be charged based on your withdrawal amount at any cash machine you use. Consider a multicurrency bank account.

Bad to worse

Not sure what's been going on with Amazon recently but their prime delivery service is slowly become disappointing. Prime is purely just a fast tracked service nothing more. It'd probably be a better service if the customer could check and choose maybe a time preference?

I always naively check out my items and opt for next day, most of the time if it's next day it can be very late into the evening for it to be delivered i.e if you've ordered an item to your work address and it gets delivered 10pm at night. You're left with no choice but to postpone it to the next available delivery date. If the earliest date is 2 days away then paying for prime has no relevance. Also there's not really an option to redirect your post once it's been despatched etc.

I prefer eBay and order most of what I need from there as it's often cheaper and if I have a problem I can raise this and get my money back straight away. Amazon however need to take note because the customer service even so is rather unhelpful. I've paid for an item I've never received and raised this with Amazon still no refund.

I don't have these problems with eBay it's just a better and more transparent service. But at least I don't pay £7.99 for a valueless service.

I'll be looking at cancelling my membership soon.
