Useless app, not user friendly. Spent ten minutes trying to pay for parking. Wouldn’t accept Apple Pay due to having an account. Wouldn’t let me log in or reset password. Waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

Review of Raffall™
I entered a raffle and have been entered into a mailing list which I did not give my permission to. I have checked the raffle I entered to be sure and there is no check box for the mailing list. Worse still, there is no unsubscribe button in their emails. It asks me to log in to update my email preferences but I assume I don’t have an account since I just entered a raffle. I have reported this to ICO.

I’ve had my ring for approx 2 years now and overall I’m not impressed.
Over the 2 years the customer support had also deteriorated massively. Previously, the support was pretty good and I was sent a replacement ring after complaining about the battery life. Now, I can’t even get a helpful reply. Different agents reply to the same query, asking random unhelpful questions and not providing any helpful service or resolution.
As for the ring, the battery life is poor and when tracking workouts and switching between apps on my phone, the workout tracking automatically stops. Whilst I’m trying to focus on my HRV this is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes the battery drains entirely and sometimes it doesn’t charge despite sitting on the charging station.
I feel like this ring is still in the testing phases and has a lot of improvements to be made.

I waited 10 days for customer service to reply and say “we will look into this and get back to you” having held my money for over a week due to an error at payment. Unbelievably bad customer service. Such a shame that their customer service is so slow it’s almost non-existent because the app is pretty good and the beauticians are amazing.

Update: I eventually stopped using NC because the algorithm would forcefully give an ovulation date even when I didn't enter my temperature for an entire two-week period. It should have the functionality to "fail to detect ovulation this month." I found it harmful without this functionality and could not trust the predictions.
We should be taught this in school! Why take harmful chemicals to prevent pregnancy when you could get to know your body and your cycle through an amazing tool like Natural Cycles. Would love to see the algorithm including data about cervical discharge to help women get to know their body and cycle even more.

Ordered a Christmas present which was not suitable for the recipient. Sukin is refusing to exchange the product blankly stating their arbitrary 14 day returns policy. Not giving any extension on this around Christmas time is just disgusting. Won't be ordering from here again. Customer service team only manage to parrot the "policy" and provide no care or service. Spend your money else where

I used to like and rely on this website but now it has been one year since the airline cancelled my flight and kiwi.com have not replied to my refund request or to any of the messages I have sent to them this past year.
The refund status is simply left as 'waiting for carrier' - I believe that one year later this is absolutely unacceptable.
One year no refund is bad, but 2 months without a reply to my message and follow up message is just outraegous.
