These people are fraudsters

These people are fraudsters. My ring did not last more than a day without needing charging. This despite claims that it should last a week plus. They ignore you for ages then some robot sends a message. I complained & they made me pay £30 to pay to have a replacement ring sent. This never arrived. They now want £15 more to sort the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am £180 in now and do not have a working product. Disgusted, duped, defrauded,

Bought a smart ring for £149 in…

Bought a smart ring for £149 in February. By beginning of April it stopped charging. I sent countless emails and proof including videos of it not charging. They have now said I am out of the guarantee period and if I want a new one I have to pay £30 postage and packing !!! Has anyone reported this company to Tradkng Standards?

Poor poor poor experience

Total misleading site! advertises full money back guarantee to reel you in. Ordered a ring then immediately cancelled, they responded to my cancellation in minutes but claimed they couldn't find my order even though i sent them a screen shot of their own order confirmation! They sent me a ring sizer i didn't want so i returned it to the return address stipulated on their own package. I requested a refund and now they are trying to state they can deduct 30% fees from the refund, surely a breach of Consumer Law?? Misleading, dishonest, scam with the intention to keep money regardless of what the customers expresses. AVOID.

I tried their rings however the sizes don’t fit and I have very small fingers, and explained how to product wouldn’t be suitable for me, however they refuse to reply me and accept that I would like to cancel my product. Has anyone else successfully received a refund ?

False advertisement

Website pushes you to buy with a countdown for a sale. If you wait for it to run out, the same one will start again. And again. And again.

This false advertisment and lies prove the customer is not in first place for this company.

Suspicious of the authenticity of Detop.co.uk

I made a purchase with this company but I then changed my mind. I reached out to Detop to arrange my return as per their instructions on their website and it took about a week and several emails to receive a reply in broken English. Their replies were very obstructive and to date they still haven't provided me with an address to send my order back to. There is no phone number so I can't speak to anyone. I find the way this business conducts itself very suspicious and I highly doubt that I will get my money back. My belief now is that this is a scam business operating in China. Please think twice before you order from Detop and read the previous reviews!

Wish I hadn't bothered

Wish I hadn't bothered.
What a pain. Got the ring sizing kit sent and consequently decided it wasnt for us. Now after about three messages trying to get me to still accept the ring they have decided I have to pay for the rindlg sizing kit (actually fair enough), but also a 15% transaction fee for the refund which they claim is on their website, but the only mention of 15% is a restocking fee, and since nothing has been sent this seems unreasonable to me.
No idea if the ring is any good but their service is pretty shite.
Ive no idea if I will ever actually see my refund. Cross your fingers for me.

Worst customer experience Ever.

Where to start…

First of all, despite what they claim this is not a custom made product becasue it had been programmed to my preferences(something that could be easily changed their end). When mine arrived it had the same branding as other cheaper rings around the price of £17. It came with no branding on the ring or the box or the instructions, nothing(something I would expect given the price, when you compare to something like Fitbit). But it did have a brand for a different product, and it even used the app of another product. So it was quite blatantly just a wholesale ring, they were selling at 10x the price others were.

I have gone back and fourth for several days now with their department once I asked for a refund.

They started by offering me 5% discount. No.

Then they said it was a custom product so that it couldn’t be retuned. Then I pointed out that their website explains their return policy so clearly they do except them.

I then explained that there are certain rights to returning products.

They then sent me a whole list of things I would have to do to return them, to china, to a different address, and a list of reason why it was easier for me just to keep the ring, they said “it would make a great gift for a family of friend” - I thought it was customised for my preferences?! So how would it make a great gift for someone else?!?!

I could continue with lots more but it’s clear This company is clearly just trying to make as much money as they can selling cheap rings at extortionate prices, Cheap wholesale rings, drop shipped from china. And when people work that out Their objective is to keep the money no matter what it takes. Lying included.

This company will not be around for long.
