Non-existent customer service
Bought the M1 CGM sensor pack. When I placed the second sensor, the app didn't recognise it as one sold by them and kept requesting me to buy subscription, that allows for third party sensors to connect to the app. Considering I bought the sensor from them, I sent a message in the app chat. then another, then another. In total, 4 messages in the app chat, 1 on messenger, 1 on whatsapp and comments on their facebook pictures and reels. Went all out to get a response. 24h later - NOTHING. Non-existent customer service. Right now I'm stuck with a sensor on my arm which I can' pair with another app and can't use without paying more money, for a subscription I don't owe.
