Ordered the new TAG Heuer Connected E5 Golf edition watch after waiting 5 months for it to come out. Online order was simple and I was immediately sent the invoice. A day later got another email to say watch was to be delivered the next day by UPS. Took the day off at additional cost to myself as I'm self employed. Waited in all day with the tracking app stating the parcel will be with you by the end of the day. At 7pm this was updated to a statement which simply said returned damage reported. As this was a Friday evening I was unable to get anymore information than that. I did call UPS who could only confirm what had been posted on the tracking app and that the sender would have been sent a report. By the time Monday came round I was a little upset that I was 2.5k out of pocket and nothing to show for it (watch and lost income). I had also decided to get a refund now as I felt I no longer wanted the watch. I called TAG Heuer who did apologise that I had had this happen to me but did nothing other than that. They did tell me they would refund the watch as soon as the right person came into the office. 3 days later I get an email that states that a refund would be made once the watch had been returned and inspected. I called them to state that I was not happy with this as I had never had the watch, so why do I have to wait until they get it back and what happens if UPS didn't return it for some reason. The assistant could not help so I demanded to speak to a manager as it was simply unacceptable that I should be penalised for issues that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I was put through to a manager who I thought would be understanding and resolve the issues I was having. So I explained that I had not seen the watch, it had never been delivered to me, it wasn't returned by me, it was all down to the couriers. He stated that he was not going to refund the money until they have received the watch and inspected the damage. I asked why that had anything to do with me and he said that no one would refund money for an item that they did not have. After I put the phone down I realised that I had paid for the watch with a credit card, so I called them to put the transaction in dispute. I have always wanted a TAG watch but this experience has ruined that for me and I will never knowingly spend a penny with this company unless they were to eat humble pie. Unfortunately, like most big companies, just one customer means nothing to them. Their choice of couriers has caused this but I have had to pay the price. Thanks TAG you would not even get 1 star if that was possible. To the customer service manager I was put through to, thanks for showing me what type of company TAG is to hire a manager like you!
Look at the reviews regarding customer service. TAG Heure response to each of them is to contact customer service. They even have an automated response to bad reviews of customer service to contact customer services. Tells you everthing you need to know as well as the 77% 1 star reviews. This company is trading on its heritage. It will be a sinking ship if this keeps going. I have a Brietling watch as well and talking to their customer service is chalk and cheese compared to this lot. No doubt the response to this review will be, sorry for your experience please contact our customer services. JOKE OF A COMPANY!
My Fiancée and I received exceptional service from Hasti at the Pitt St Store. Her knowledge of the brand and range is exceptional. I highly recommend paying a visit even if this brand is not on your radar.
So, I have a 25 year old TH Professional and I wanted to upgrade to a new Tag Heuer. I stopped into the LA boutique and the place was nice, comfortable and I didn't have someone suddenly shadowing me until I was ready to ask questions - and they just knew when that time was. I believe it was Alex who helped me helped out and I found a watch I can't stop thinking about. I have a lot of watches, so that's rare now. Unfortunately, the retail is a bit too much for me to jump right in, but I guess I have a goal now. Normally, since I didn't purchase, I would not leave a review for this kind of thing. However, the truth is my experience in watch boutiques from other makers has been rather poor (like really poor). So, I thought some kudos was in order.

The seller was very attentive to us, even though I could not speak japanese, my wife ( japanese) could translate to English, he was very helpful and kind to my needs of the watch what I wanted .

I bought Tag Heuer Carrera Date 36mm in Alamoana Honolulu Hawaii and I'm fully satisfied with the service that I received. Thanks to Mr Bert Lim who welcomed us and become attentive when we enter the store. In the young age, he didn't show any hesitation or doubt that I'm capable of purchasing a luxury watch. Very friendly, knowledgeable and truly show his professionalism at work. Thankyou for having us and giving us a wonderful experience.

Bought a connected E4 42mm back in May of this year 2025. Visited two boutiques and no one informed me a better model was launching in 4 months time. Spent 1000+ on the watch. Emailed Tag to ask about a trade in or if I can get anything back and was offered 180.
Do not. Buy a Tag Heuer connected watch they are worth (according to Tag Heuer customer services) 180 pounds after a few months.

I bought a new Formula 1 Solargraph direct from Tag. Wristband too short and only just fits around my wrist in last hole. My original Formula 1 from late 80's does have a strap that fits properly. Was told by sales Tag often bring out "accessories" inc a long strap. That story has now changed to no. after I bought it. feeling ripped off that's for sure.

Terrible long time I send my watch 3 weeks ago and till now they just confirm that battery will be change it was the hell what I send for 3 weeks pay special delivery 1st class post to be done fast not in a year for change battery you taking months .
That’s not acceptable for service I pay wich is not free .
Newer I will buy watch from tag again .
I did co tact costumer service as in you’re reply and it’s terrible they dont care
No estimated time and after 3 they send only co formation they revive it watch
I send while you receive it next day delivery .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at TAG Heuer. I have done everything possible to resolve my issue privately: I visited the Dubai Mall boutique, I sent emails, I left messages, and even tried reaching leadership including Antoine Pin and Frédéric Arnault. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts, I received no meaningful support.
The watch in question is not just a purchase; it has been with me on the world’s highest mountains and in the harshest polar expeditions. When it failed, I was told that TAG Heuer watches are “not made for high altitude or extreme cold.” This was shocking to hear from a brand built on endurance and performance.
I had no choice but to write this review publicly. I expected much more from a company with TAG Heuer’s heritage.
