Waste of time , terrible quality , my son not look natural photos look like taken by unprofessional person that’s a joke my son first infant school phono and terrible quality plus so expensive .

I will conplain to school also about it .

2 days lost of work due to failed delivery on the end the cancell order and offer 10% discount

No communication for 8 days what’s going on with my order .



Terrible waste of time and no solution at all on the end .
Plus I need wait for my money another 5-7 days and no order .

Never again anything from Dyson .

Terrible long time I send my watch 3 weeks ago and till now they just confirm that battery will be change it was the hell what I send for 3 weeks pay special delivery 1st class post to be done fast not in a year for change battery you taking months .
That’s not acceptable for service I pay wich is not free .

Newer I will buy watch from tag again .



I did co tact costumer service as in you’re reply and it’s terrible they dont care
No estimated time and after 3 they send only co formation they revive it watch
I send while you receive it next day delivery .
For 80£ only batter change you taking 2 months to send each back ?!

I’m waiting for my hover since 21/10/2023

It was lost in transit then I got information I will revive replaicment and now all the time I hear only wait wait wait 2 months and they are unable to provide me with any replaicment or solution costumer service in on level of talking to 2 years old baby .
They are worst company to deal with no updates no communication or time frame and manners
So no money no hover no idea what next !

While there is promotion in all shop there wasynt on online shop disappointing.

Usually great but last order was lost in transit and it was hover from Samsung and now I’m waiting 2.5 month for replwicment
