Not classic ones, rather those you can wear everyday for any occasion. I had the model that was made for formula1, don’t remember the name, those yellow green, coming with a helmet. For such a unique model, I paid only 500 dollars. Good deal! I got one problem though with the strap. One year was enough to get it worn out and change on official shop. Not for free😭😭😭
I got my first tissot watches
It was quite spontaneous, i had my birthday and I went with my family to the shopping centre. I accidentally saw a Tissot shop, it felt premium, reliable and no nonsense, and very classic. For someone like me it suited nicely, I didn’t even pay a fortune to get it, it was around $550-$600. It’s a solid choice. I hope one day I’ll come back again.

4.5 stars. Tissot has a lineup of some great watches. Whether it is a dress, motosport or diver, they have covered it all. I bought Le Locle first and then decided to spend extra money on T Complication, which is an eye-catching timepiece. Both going strong and I am sorta eyeing Seastar 2000.
The only thing negative about Tissot is the dogs.it boxes the watches came in, but I heard that was improved.

Did not order from this company. This was a fraud charge. Received an email from company to inform me item is being shipped. Sent email back informing them this was a fraud charge and they mailed the item to the billing address. They emailed me to use return label to send back item. I shipped it back at my expense and company will not reimburse me for shipping. This company is a scam! Do not order from them!!!

My T-Touch watch (QKP-BC-36990Z 254/354) failed repeatedly and cost me over $1,300 in repairs and failed replacements through BTC Egypt. I’ve sent multiple emails (with full documentation) to Tissot and Swatch Group — including their Ethics Team — and received no reply. I expected better from a premium Swiss brand. What a bunch of scumbags this company is. Sent a watch in for a warranty repair and now there saying it has been treated badly and a battery not made by Tissot has been used in it? (How would I know that?) Now there demanding $300 to fix it (more like holding it for ransom!) Where I come from screwing over customer's ends up being a pretty poor business decision in a world of social media.

I recently bought 2 new watch straps to add a bit of colour coordination to my outfit choices. Tissot sent these via parcel force ( what a mistake). After chasing, calling, running, moaning, investigating, and nearly crying after a week, I am still yet to receive my straps. Whereas Jayne from Tissott has been in regular contact with me, I am still £80 out of pocket. I have now spend at least a couple of grand with this company, and up until now have never had a reason to complain. It's this simple, if the courier you are using cannot deliver, change them!
I cannot convey in words how frustrated, dissapointed, and completely feel let down by such a company like Tissot. I would attach pictures, however as not received - I have nothing to send. Tissot, you and parcel force have truly let me down.
Worst service
Title: Tissot Replaced My Watch 3 Times — None Worked
I bought a Tissot watch via Walmart.com in April 2024. Since then, I’ve received three separate replacement units through the manufacturer, none of which worked.
The original was returned four times for repair.
A replacement sent in January 2025 didn’t work at all and was returned twice.
The third watch received in April 2025 also failed right out of the box.
Despite a full warranty and extended warranty, I’ve never had a functioning product. The seller no longer responds, and Tissot’s customer service has ignored me despite multiple outreach attempts.
I’ve initiated an Amex chargeback and will continue to escalate this publicly.
This has been incredibly disappointing from a brand that claims to stand for Swiss reliability

When I spoke to there service department because I had replaced the battery myself it they said I broke the warranty I still can’t ware the watch so what a waste of £550

It’s extremely versatile
Gives a good summary of dive profile although it’s not a computer and dosent claim to be.
Very good watch for travelling as it has dual Timezone and alarms as well as other features.
Mine has been thoroughly reliable.
My wrist has grown a bit larger over the years and Tissot sold me a single bracelet link rather than a new bracelet so I could enjoy using this watch.
I also have a Tissot SeA Star chronograph dive watch. beautiful watch and very rugged and easy to use. It’s also very classy to wear as a dress watch.

Customer Services were super helpful and efficient and had my watch repaired and serviced quickly. I was due for a cancer operation and they made sure my watch was sorted and returned to me before my operation. This watch has huge sentimental value to ne and James and the customer service girls in Southampton really pulled out all the stops. Massive thank you. Trevor Williams north wales
Great Customer Service
So i ordered a PRX from another site (ive also reviewed them on Trustpilot) which questionable and turned out to be fake. When i contacted Tissot customer service by email they responded within an hour, confirming the serial number was already registered in the Republic of China, and they sent out a pack for me to send the watch to them so they can check it and send me a letter confirming this.
Excellent commitment to the war against counterfeit goods and keeping the customer happy.

Having asked Timpson to fit a new battery to my tissot watch I soon found out that cheap is often a false economy. My watch was no longer water proof, it steamed up and would not keep time. I returned the watch to tissot for a full service. It was returned quickly. It keeps fantastic time and it works like new. Thank you Tissot. I will never use Timpson again!

One of the hour pips came off and was rattling around under the glass. Paid to have it fixed. Another pip has now come off. I've bought cheap watches all my life and never had this problem. Don't buy this crap.
Brand New Titanium Tissot: Premium Promise, Dead in Just 9 Months
I purchased a Tissot T-Touch Connect Sport through the Tissot online store on June 24, 2024. The watch is advertised as being made of titanium, which is touted for its durability and resistance to wear and tear. While not designed for rugged use, I only wear it during workouts to track my activity. At the end of March 2025, approximately nine months after purchase, the bezel, including the crystal, detached from the watch body. On April 1, 2025, I submitted a service request and had been checking the repair status daily to ensure it is progressing through Tissot’s system. A few days later, Tissot provided a diagnosis, stating that the case showed signs of shock (a cracked bezel on a Titanium watch) and that the movement, crystal, and bezel would need to be replaced. Another week passed and their repair quote comes out with an addition to their findings. This time, they added that there are scratches to the watch - something that should have been noted when their initial diagnosis was completed. The repair quote was over $500 which is half of what I paid for from Tissot’s website. I declined to have the watch repaired and inquired how they conveniently added the scratches to make it appear that I caused the damage. They never replied back.
Poor Durability, multiple issues in just 4 years.
I’ve had my Tissot PR 100 Automatic Certified Chronometer for four years now. Within the first two years, I had to replace both the bracelet and the case due to discoloration of the gold plating. Now, just two years later, the same issue has occurred again — and the watch has never even been exposed to water. On top of that, the movement has completely stopped working without warning. All of this within just four years, now out of warranty. To make things worse, it’s practically impossible to reach anyone by phone at Tissot Canada. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand — especially not at this price point !
