I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at TAG Heuer. I have done everything possible to resolve my issue privately: I visited the Dubai Mall boutique, I sent emails, I left messages, and even tried reaching leadership including Antoine Pin and Frédéric Arnault. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts, I received no meaningful support.

The watch in question is not just a purchase; it has been with me on the world’s highest mountains and in the harshest polar expeditions. When it failed, I was told that TAG Heuer watches are “not made for high altitude or extreme cold.” This was shocking to hear from a brand built on endurance and performance.

I had no choice but to write this review publicly. I expected much more from a company with TAG Heuer’s heritage.
