TAG Heuer embodies Swiss avant-garde watchmaking since 1860. Crafted in the Swiss Jura Mountains, each TAG Heuer timepiece is engineered for high-performance. Ever since the ground-breaking oscillating pinion in 1887, which pioneered a new way to operate mechanical chronographs, the Maison continues to innovate, pushing the limits of accuracy with advanced technology. And whether it be the legendary Carrera, the iconic Aquaracer or the mythic Monaco, each TAG Heuer model has its own story to tell.

Tag should be ashamed of themselves using Alexandra Daddario as their spokesperson. What a fake Heard she was really mean and stuck up behind scene. Several people have met her and written to me and said she is very stuck up and conceited off camera. She makes us all follow her pregnancy by constantly posting pics and now the kid is what seven months old and no name and barely a sex. Shes not a good actress to be snobby and shouldn’t let Hollywood go to her head. One guy who met her says she was very ignorant with him.

Replacement watch strap ordered through Beaverbrooks and Tag Heuer on the 29/01/25 Still waiting 3 months later!
It's been one issue after another, right watch strap ordered, couldn't be fitted by Beaverbrooks so sent back to Tag Heuer. Paid for upfront and nothing to show for it!
Terrible service.

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your Melbourne CBD store over the weekend. My wife and I visited with the intention of purchasing our third TAG Heuer watch and inquiring about the cost of servicing my current timepiece.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we’ve come to expect from a premium brand. From the moment we entered, we felt judged and unwelcome—something we have never encountered at your stores before. The staff member’s demeanor suggested that we did not belong there, which was both surprising and disheartening.
When I inquired about the cost of a watch service, I was told that no estimate could be provided until the watch was sent away. I asked if there was at least a ballpark figure or indicative pricing, but was told it was "impossible" to give me one. After leaving the store, a quick online search revealed an official TAG Heuer service price list—something that could have easily been referenced during our visit.
This lack of transparency and unwillingness to assist was frustrating, particularly given our history with the brand and our genuine intent to make another purchase. More concerning was the dismissive and unwelcoming attitude of the staff. It felt as though we were being rushed out of the store, and we couldn’t help but feel that our appearance may have influenced the service we received.
I’d appreciate some clarification on two points:
Why was I not provided with service pricing when it is publicly available?
Is this level of service consistent with TAG Heuer's customer care standards, particularly for loyal customers?
We have always appreciated the quality of TAG Heuer’s products, but this experience has left us questioning whether the in-store experience reflects the values of the brand.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

What a dreadful company. Sent my watch for repair. £900 later they tell me there's a long delay in getting a part. I say that's fine I can wait. They then write and tell me my watch is going to be repaired on a certain date and will then be shipped back to me. They give the shipping date as a date when I'm on holiday. I ask them to delay the repair, they say they can't do that. So then I ask them to instead delay sending it back to a date when I will be at home from holiday. They say they can do that. But they don't. So my very expensive watch gets shipped back to arrive in an empty house with an unsafe postbox when I'm away. I complain. They don't even bother to reply. Absolutely appalling customer service, they clearly don't give a toss about their customers.
I wrote to their customer service team about this on 14th April with reference 01799272. It's now 28th April. They told me they would respond within 2 days. I've never heard back from them. So for them to respond as below saying to raise it with the customer service team just shows how poor they are.

Had the formula one gifted to me from my partners children for the appreciation of looking after their mother for 9 years until she passed away with Alzheimer's last year. The watch stopped in February. I took it to a local watch maker to have a new battery fitted. They said the watch had water ingress and advised I sent it back to Tag Heuer. They won't warrant the repair because a 3rd party looked at it...WTF. Gave me a quote for $530 to repair. I think just throw the piece of junk in the bin. My partners young daughters are horrified at this pathetic outcome of a rubbish watch they paid $2500 for! What a disgraceful company to deal with. 4 times back and forth to customer service for pathetic service and excuses. Just a piece of junk.

Definitely don’t get the tag Heuer connected e4. Poor quality smart watch. Looks great but I have had nothing but problems with connectivity, crown coming off over and over again, charger problems. Poor quality. Tag is good at making mechanical catches. Avoid the smart watch

I have bought Tag Formula 1 a time ago and loved it, till now. The quality is shocking, these watches are build to fall apart and Tag want to charge you for poor quality! It need to be reported to trading standards (and it will be reported).
I have noticed that the Tag logo fell off (unglued??) itself from the face of the watch!!!!! Absolute joke! I would expect this quality from a cheap watch, not TAG!!!! To top up this, I went to TAG shop in Bristol and been told I need to pay to replace the face of the watch as they can’t glue it back. I thought the guy wasn’t serious but he gave me the price to repair it!!! It’s a scam! They want me to pay for repair of something what should never fell off! the quality of their timelines watches got very short lifespan!!!!! Definitely not build to last!

It was easy to navigate the website to view all the timepieces. We added inscription, and a nice thank you note, with a gift box. This is a college graduation gift for our son.

I only wanted a battery replacement but was talked into having a service. Agreed to this. Images were taken of my watch using an iPad. I was quoted up to 10wks for watch to come back. Received an acknowledgement from Tag service centre that they had received my watch - 6wks later!
This has been going on since July 2024.
Then the troubles started.
The service centre advised the local store that the dial face was cracked (this watch has only ever been worn as a dress watch)
Asked for images to be sent showing the damage. Could not see the crack but could see a gash on the side of the watch that was clearly not there in the images originally taken. Was quote £600+ for a new face.
I asked just to have the battery replaced but was told this could not be done for fear of particles falling into the mechanism so had not choice to pay the above.
When I went to collect it, I was very disappointed to see the damage on the side of the watch but no-one wants to take ownership of this.
Contacted the customer service team who have basically told me I should have dealt with it before the work was completed. I tried and tried dealing with the shop manager who just never replied to emails in a timely manner. He just said sorry for the delay.
I have read many negative reviews on here about Tag but only since the above.
We have several Tags within the family and have always had batteries replaced by them. That will no longer happen. David Mellor will now have our custum and money.
Shocking treatment
In response to the reply from Tag, I had already contacted your customer care team who have informed me that as I agreed for the repair to be carried out (I had no choice but to do this or I would have a timepiece that I could not even replace the battery) there is nothing they can do. There has been no mention of comparing the photos. My watch clearly has damage showing that is seen with the naked eye that would have been picked up initially had it been there.

I have a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera and only had nothing but problems with it. It shows the wrong time as it looses time within less than a day.
The crown to set the time and other buttons break quickly. and repairs cost 1/4 of the price of the watch. And it is a very expensive watch, it just has to work!!!!!. I could buy 40 cheap watches for the same price that last and will work and do the job, it's embarrassing Tag Heuer!!!

This company does not deserve anyone to buy their watches.
My husband bought a TAG connect, I call them tag disconnects.
Read a few people on here have the same issue.
My husband barely wears his watches, only for special occasions, he has a vast watch collection and takes extreme pride in them.
They all look as new.
So long story short, after 17 months as tag like to put it, the Watch head on the connect watch just fell off.
We took it back to Meadowhall which is where we bought it and asked for a refund or an exchange to a mechanical, I sent an email and was told it’s at the discretion of the store.
We got an email telling us the watch was ready to collect, asked about refund or exchange to be told it’s been repaired and I informed the lady the customer service said it was at their discretion.
She said she will have to contact watches Switzerland, they said no it’s been repaired.
If my husband wore this watch 24/7 I wouldn’t have an issue, it’s the fact he’s worn it probably no more than 10 times and that’s been generous.
My daughters Disney watch from 1992 is still going with its face still on, and it was worn by a child, and my Apple Watch, 5 years old, used for swimming, exercising, worn all day, everyday is in perfect condition and still going.
Someone from another Tag store recently told me the connect watches don’t hold any value, I can see why, poor quality, poor workmanship and I would disregard everything on the website, think they say it’s water resistant, I would advise anyone that my husband watch head fell off without water so I dread to think what water would do to it.
The lady then told me if my husband was to sell it privately he would get more because it’s got 2 year warranty on the watch head.. I nearly died laughing. Nobody wants a watch like this, and especially the overpriced for a pile of bits stuck on with crazy glue I imagine.
There a better watch stores with better watches and customer service.
AVOID THIS BRAND it may look classy but it’s actually trash.

Garbage watch, can't believe you would pay that much for it. Doesn't tell time or date properly, sent it to be fixed under warranty and still showed same problem. Customer service Doesn't reply to emails.
