A bit pricey and there is not always a staff there. The access is also not 24/7. You may better off going with another storage company. There also seems to be a rat issues raised by other renters. I haven’t checked my stuff for a month and I am concerned if they got destroyed by the rats or not.

Don’t pay for claims because of their false advertising. They keep emailing you that you need to take your dog in for a dental check up but they don’t reimburse you at of the cost. Why they keep emailing me to do things that they know they won’t be reimbursing. There is no fine print in the email stating that but only when you complained, they told you in the fine print of the contract that preventive dental care is not covered!

Urgent Complaint – Discriminatory Conduct at FLANNELS X on Oxford Street

Dear Customer Services Team,

I am writing to lodge an urgent formal complaint regarding an incident at your FLANNELS X store on 9 August at approximately 2:50pm, which I believe constitutes discriminatory treatment towards me as a customer.

I visited the store to return an online purchase from the Watford branch. I was approached by a blonde female manager whose tone and manner were shockingly disrespectful and, in my view, discriminatory. She ordered me to sit down, using an abrupt and condescending tone that made me feel I was being treated differently because of my race and background.

When I asked for her first name to file a complaint, she refused. The male manager present not only failed to defuse the situation but actively escalated it. This is in stark contrast to the professionalism shown by the Asian and Black staff members who were also present at the time.

I request that FLANNELS urgently:
1. Review the security footage from this date and time.
2. Identify the two managers involved and confirm their names.
3. Provide me with a still image from your CCTV to verify their identities, as permitted under UK data protection law when the requester is directly involved in the incident.
4. Confirm in writing what action will be taken in response to this matter.

As a loyal customer who has consistently enjoyed excellent service at your Watford store, I find this treatment appalling, wholly unacceptable, and entirely inconsistent with your brand values. I expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint.
