I visited the London Oxford St store today and was looked after by Joachim. The service from beginning to end was impeccable. What a charming, professional and friendly guy. I found out that he had only been working there for 6 weeks. Given his knowledge, professionalism and overall service this is hard to believe.
I have wanted a Tag Heuer watch for years and today was the day. Joachim made the day even more special.
He is not only an asset to Oxford street but the brand in general.

Long wait. In excess of 5 hours and certain jobs not completed. Will source an alternative provider. Been a Peugeot customer for years and this year the service from booking through to today has been disappointing.

Excellent service from Sam. His attention to detail is amazing. Great workmanship and good value too. Sam was punctual and impeccably tidy during and after the work. The most important thing, I feel as though I can trust Sam. If he says something needs doing I believe that it does and he’s not making it up. Conversely he told me something didn’t need doing that I had previously been told did.

Easy to use, but very expensive.

Ease of choosing the right policy & cover. Range of policies available. Cost of the policy - far more competitive than my previous supplier who made no effort to recognise loyalty.
