Have just purchased my second bottle of
“1 Grand” absolutely love this scent,I always get loads of comments when I wear it and it lasts and lasts!

Purchase procedure easy.Products were Shipped quickly and are such great value , have only just started using but will be ordering again.

Expected delivery was 11th had message saying it was taking longer than normal.
Finally rang customer services( half an hour wait) 13th to be told they would escalate and be in touch. They were later on 13th advising me to call again. centre closed until Monday . Parcel arrived today 5 days late.
Chasing delivery’s should be made simpler.

Getting through quickly and Speaking to a real person who knows their product.
They quickly identified a problem and sent a next day replacement .
Cannot fault tech on their customer service

We have just collected a watch from the Birmingham store after having it serviced .
The support and communication we received was amazing, the treatment from staff, Dan, Faharah & Viral right from the drop off to pick up was as if we were purchasing for the first time and they could not have made it more personal and special. I could not recommend highly enough. The watch looks brand new! Thank you all.

Possibly the worst item I have ever purchased on line.
No at all as described , does not perform as demonstrated in the video and the item received is lightweight and cheep and has with no safety labels attached
I also agree with all of the reviews . Emails go unanswered and no return address to send back.

I called recently as my upright hoover had stopped picking up. I had a a very knowledgeable member of staff who talked me through a series of instructions for me to try before diagnosing the fault. Even though it was decided I would need a new part and pay for it ( out of warranty) I was very happy with the customer service I received and the quick delivery of the new part.

Ordered from them for the first time and when I received the order one of the items was not quite right.
After notifying them it was dealt with quickly. Good customer service… thank you

Ordered in store and joined the “VIP club”
The girls in the Telford store were really helpful.
This gave me 15%off as it was Father’s Day and free home delivery which I was very happy with.
The item can quickly and I received some lovely samples too.

My order came quickly, and included a 10 % off as a new custome. The item is a gift and after speaking with customer services I was assured I could exchange if the size is incorrect and order a new one to include the 10% . Good old fashioned customer service!
