Listed a macbook with music magpie. Admittedly its a non apple silicone model but it allowed me to get a condition based price and book a sale with them. Paid £19 in postage only for them to take 3 days to find the item and then decide they don't want to buy it because its an older model. What a waste of time and money. Lets hope I get it returned in one piece.

Ordered a subscription, my wife was looking forward to receiving the product but it’s been stuck with Evri (what a surprise) for days with no sign of ever arriving. Purdy and Figg not doing anything to sort it. Very frustrating

The most ridiculous company ever. Ordered an item on Friday which was supposed to be delivered next day. Never arrived. Customer service can’t give you any information. Nearly 3 days later they admit it’s stuck but I have to wait another 6 days for the order to expire before I get a refund. Their online chat is utterly ridiculous

I spent a lot of money on purchasing a TAG aquaracer from Goldsmiths. In the year and a half I've owned the watch from new (since feb 2023) it has spent probably 6 months back at the repairers, first because it was losing time and then the second time because it was gaining huge amounts of time follwing the repair. I regret buying this watch so much,its not what you expect from a premium brand. I can't wait to sell it

I do feel like wbac mislead people. They push the price up and up on email but when you get there you find out you will never get that price as it’s only if you literally bought it new from the showroom. I know WBAC will try snd justify this with their usual caveats but my car was classified as the next best - grade 2 (manager said he hadn't seen a car in such good condition for months) and yet they valued it at least £1000 less than the online valuation. It was literally brilliant condition and low mileage with 2 keys, service history etc. Ok if you're not bothered and happy to accept their value regardless as some will be. The manager was friendly and courteous though. Edit - motorway paid me nearly £1000 more money in the bank so WBAC comments are irrelevant

A bit of a mixed experience. When we finally did the deal payment was quick and communcation was good but the price left a bit of a sour taste. I knew that the phone wasn't in A1 condition so I knew I wouldn't get the full £170 price but they came back and offered £80 which was £50 below the "poor" grade advertised by them. When I declined the offer they upped their offer to £100 which just makes me feel like I've been done. I went with it as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle but not great is it...
Customer service has become absolutely awful. Can't even deal with simple issues. When you try and phone up in a queue for 25 mins.
Tried to complain and they cam eback and said they couldn't find my account what a joke

Absolutely appalled at the experience of dealing with this company. Other reviews say you get what you pay for and its true. Lots of hidden costs and get outs with these. Paid for top cover but when my daughter broke down they charged her an extra £200 to move the car on special truck (its only a fiat 500) and then wanted another £110 to take it to a garage because they were all closed. Whats the point of recovering it to home and then leaving it there ? The the recovery agent lost the car key at a cost of £100. So i could be over £400 down using this company.

A bit disapppointed with a shirt I bought that went bobbly but I have to commend them on their customer service. It was very good and I wll buy from them again.
Ordered an apple watch through ebay from MM listed as very good but when it arrived the crown was heavily scuffed and I decided to send it back and order another watch. in my opinion it was average condition. Decided to go for something listed as excellent and when it finally arrived it was even worse with sratches to the screen and an even more heavily scuffed crown. Shouild have been listed as average or poor condition. As I write this review they haven't refunded my money for both watches even though tracking says arrived back with them and someone from MM opened a case on ebay to say they havent recieved it when tracking says they have. Its currently escalated to ebay to sort. Very poor and I will never use them again. They used to be really good but this is an awful way to to treat customers.
Took two visits to fix - Homeserve are normally pretty good - but paid for a one off boiler repair, same day, not cheap. Engineer didn’t fix the problem the first time and had to wait 2 days without hot water. Second engineer that came out was excellent to be fair - knew his stuff, had parts on his van and fixed it, just a shame it wasnt sorted the first time.

Ordered free trial for my pets - only sent treatment for one pet. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Couldn’t get through on phone easily. Had to cancel subscription. Product itself might be ok but never got to find out
