I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at TAG Heuer. I have done everything possible to resolve my issue privately: I visited the Dubai Mall boutique, I sent emails, I left messages, and even tried reaching leadership including Antoine Pin and Frédéric Arnault. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts, I received no meaningful support.

The watch in question is not just a purchase; it has been with me on the world’s highest mountains and in the harshest polar expeditions. When it failed, I was told that TAG Heuer watches are “not made for high altitude or extreme cold.” This was shocking to hear from a brand built on endurance and performance.

I had no choice but to write this review publicly. I expected much more from a company with TAG Heuer’s heritage.

Absolutely the Worst Experience

Absolutely the Worst Experience – Stay Away from Corporate Stays Beyond Business

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

We rented a flat from Corporate Stays Beyond Business for two weeks. From the moment we arrived, the problems began:
• The shower barely works.
• The washing and drying machines are not functional.
• There is no toaster.
• The flat was not clean upon arrival.
• The parking situation has been a mess for two days—we were promised it would be sorted out, but nothing has been done.

This morning was the worst part. I arrived at the flat carrying bags, with a 9-month-old baby, and couldn’t even get into the apartment. We were locked out and waited two hours before the concierge (not the company!) helped us get in touch with someone. The company itself did nothing to assist during that time. No one showed up, no call back, no support.

We called and were told that “the man in charge is off.” I’m sorry, but that is not our problem—this is supposed to be a professional company. Where is the accountability? Where is the service?

We’re still sitting here, with a crying baby, waiting for someone to help us get inside and resolve these issues. I’ve never experienced anything so poorly managed. This is not corporate, and it’s definitely not beyond business—more like beyond belief.

Avoid this company at all costs. Do not rent from them. You’ve been warned.
