Ordered an aquaracer online and received it within 24 hours. So far has ran well, got plenty of compliments and is a real stunner. Visited the Boutique and had it sized within 10 minutes (completely free). They treated us like royals, truly appreciative of their customs. Don't understand all the bad reviews, full process was perfect from start to finish. Already looking for my next piece!

I read a lot of negative reviews after making my purchase and that worried me. Spent £150 on a new article of clothing, next day delivery, and was left in the dark for the next week. Out of the blue I receive an email acknowledging cancellation on their behalf from lost item, claiming I have been refunded, credited to my account.
I read more reviews here and was worried I'd never receive the money, buf it surprisingly arrived around 56 hours later. I am pleasantly surprised to see the money back into my account, but do take heed when purchasing from Very. I would not do business again.
