Expensive watch, customer service is blunt and extremely unhelpful , you think it would be a lot more helpful with the prices they charge

Shocking you can’t speak to anyone in person tried for 3 days to but it’s just a.i ridiculous customer service I will never use them again. Pointless giving the automated line as again can’t speak to anyone real. Pls call my number so I can trace my parcel you took off me as this is your machines failure! I can’t leave a voicemail as my tracking says parcel is still with me I can’t lodge any kind of complaint as your locker took my parcel without completing it !!!!!!!!!! You need to contact me that’s the point ! Disgusting service

Used a few times but after the last purchase which was completely miss advertised and on buy customer service were no use I d never order from here again.

After 4yrs dealing this terrible company and many complaints to their resolution team with nothing ever fixed am going to the ombudsman as they are not reachable ever by phone, never reply to my requests to call me back to explain why they have accepted £2000 less then the lowest amount they said they d accept a simple explanation would suffice but can’t get through. Avoid this company go to one that you can actually speak to 4yrs of this my experience has been horrific !!!!! I have already emailed my concerns to the resolution team and you definitely have my file with my name as you emailed me yesterday, so please DONT plead ignorance as it won’t wash.

1 star is too much Liars and cowboys damaged my house lied and spoke to me very ill mannered and blamed me for their employ not bringing a ladder, a year later ombudsman found them to have damaged my house Suggest if not satisfied take to the ombudsman as this company is clearly run by bogus con men
Disgusting liars. This company is horrific. Sent surveyor round to assess my roof last June, they didn’t turn up with a ladder to get in my loft so climbed on a chair and damaged my loft hatch. They lied re it was already damaged and were dusgusting in their unprofessional replies. Financial ombudsman agreed they had damaged it and they had the bare faced cheek to try and send the same company of surveyors back round to assess the damage they so called didn’t do?! Unbelievable COWBOYS AVOID they will riggle out of everything in the process speak to you like garbage and lie.

New ones were to be fitted in feb. Electric one fitted fine. Gas one wouldn’t connect so the engineer took the new one out and placed the old one back without telling me. 1- agent said all went well gas one will show on my monitor in 24hrs! 2- agent said new gas meter still wasn’t connecting 3-agent said the engineer had put the the old one back. 4- next dste to re do the job they messed up was 8wks later 5- now my gas meter is off line so I can’t top up and running out of gas 6- agent last week gave me a card number to use - doesn’t work as my meter is off line 7- rang spoke to an advisor this morning took payment to top up her end. 8- she never took the payment 9 called British Gas at 230 advisor was going to speak to the back office and call me back at 330- still waiting for that call at 8pm 10- called again advisor said no top up was made this morning. Agent would call me back - still waiting 10- called again advisor said no top up made so she took top up again. Said she d get it put on my meter and assured me she d text me the code this was at 6pm No phone or text no top up added to my account Furious they are the worse trained company every agent lied, it is incompetent or has had no training as they all say different things. And never do what they say they are going to do. They are a headache beyond headaches and will be leaving once they have given me a working gas meter. DISGUSTING INCOMPETENT COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I asked a question paid £5 I didn’t sign up to any membership and have been charged £50 in November and in December I have cancelled my subscription I didn’t sign up for and my bank card. I contacted them Stating the above and they state am getting £50 refund I would like the £100 they schemed from me as it is not clear and if I d know a simple question would cost £105 I certainly would not have gone to this company what so ever Please avoid at all costs. Very devious In how they operate.

I have just seen your review so have searched for your email as I want to clarify everything straight away. We were not ignoring your emails - you emailed less than a day ago (18 hours ago to be exact). All businesses, even large corporations with thousands of customer service staff, quote at least 1-2 days for a response, so I do think it is unfair that you are claiming that we have ignored your email.
I have just checked and can see that your order was placed on the 7th Feb, meaning it will have started to be fulfilled on the 8th. We do state on our website to allow up to 3 working days for dispatch of UK parcels and then a further 2-5 working days for delivery when standard shipping is chosen (which is what you chose - the free shipping option). Your parcel is due for delivery tomorrow - you can see this by following the tracking details you have been sent via email (I'm not sure why you believe Royal Mail have not received the parcel as the tracking clearly shows they have). That means you will have received your parcel in a total of 4 working days - much faster than the maximum time we do quote for both fulfillment and shipping when the standard/free shipping option is chosen.
Usually we aim to ship faster than our 3 day timeframe, however we like to be honest with all customers about the potential dispatch time during busy periods - I hope this is understandable!
Customer service extremely poor, do not respond to you ever. Sizing is a complete joke same size too can be huge and then tiny they need to sort it out. Poor quality with poor customer service who do not look after their customers

Why has the boosts now £40 for 7 days ? That’s extortionate we are in a session and studs are not getting work yet you want to hike the price up from £29 to 40 in a month I will never boost again as this is not affordable
