I bought a Tagheuer watch 5/6 years ago. This year I look scared at my display and see that all the letters have glared and are ALL scattered on the display. I am not in the water with the watch, have treated it very well, monstrous!!!!
I have other watches, for example Breitling, Rolex etc these watches are 15/20 years old.
Nothing like this has ever happened before. When I took the watch to the jeweler, he told me that the day heuer charged $ 700 for the repair, monstrous !!!!!! I advise everyone against buying a day heuer !!!!
Such a thing should not happen with high-quality watches !!!!!!!

Appalling customer service ! Falling over themselves when buying but the after service is very poor . Offers to chase up orders never happen , customer has to constantly chase themselves

I’d give more detail on my experience with Tag service, but I’m still waiting to experience it.
The clasp on my Formula1 won’t close, apparently a known issue per online comments, so mailed in to Tag directly. UPS Tracking shows it was received and signed for six days ago but my repair status is still listed as “waiting for watch.” I attempted to call the customer service number but after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes the automated recording said my call would not be answered & hung up.

The staff in the Battersea Power Station store are extremely rude. I have a tag watch and went to ask about an accessory. They were dismissive and rude.

Watch has bee sent off for repair twice this year and has been returned stating that no fault was found.
I contacted the repair centre direct with a video showing the screen lagging.
Eventually I got an answer saying they have found an issue with some smart watches and are working on a fix.
I have been ignored by the repair centre for over a month.
I asked the boutique to step in as I wanted a full refund. They say someone is dealing with the case.
It has now been 2 weeks and I have been ignored again.
Not the kind of service I expect from such a good name.
The watch is not fit for purpose.
I want Tag to contact me with a resolution.

After buying one of your watches just over three years ago, the watch bezel fell out whilst on holiday. The watch came with a two year warranty which could be extended to five years free if you registered the watch with TAG on purchase. I never extended it with the thought what could possibly go wrong in five years.
Changed rating after response.
I realized that there was a misunderstanding between myself, Ernest Jones and TAG which caused confusion all round.
My watch was sent to TAG UK and they are repairing the watch FOC as feature of good will. A big thank you TAG UK ref Steve

Have had my tag heuer professional 200metre watch for 25 years it has always been serviced by tag and on this occasion I have been told that the insides have rusted and the the whole inside and face have to be replaced a seal that tag did and this watch has never been in water in all the years I have had this watch and I have just been shown the replacement face basically a crap printed on cheap face that doesn’t even show the correct name of the watch it now has link written on it and the logo which was green and red is now white a complete piece of garbage and I’m being charged £410 for this, this watch has major sentimental value to me and tag have destroyed it,
Have had an email from TagHeuer and then a phone call with them spoke to a very nice guy called Chris and have told him of my anger at my watch being altered in such a way when it wasn’t warranted and he understood this but this is the company’s policy which i don’t agree with you should have the option of choosing what is done with your watch regardless I have told him to tell whoever runs the the service department they will never have my watch or custom again ever I expected more from a brand of this calibre

Despite finally receiving a reply from Tag Heuer’s customer service (after 14 days of silence), I am once again left waiting. I responded to their offer to send me the charger I requested (EB0258) and provided my full shipping address immediately – but now several days have passed without any follow-up or confirmation.
It’s frustrating that the only way to get any attention seems to be by writing a public review. This is far from the level of service one should expect from a brand like Tag Heuer. Swiss quality should extend beyond the product – it should include reliable and respectful customer support.
Unfortunately, this experience continues to fall far short of that.

Been wearing Tag Heuer watches for almost 30 years. Have 3 watches of the brand Tag Heuer.
Nevertheless, lately the service center makes your watch fall apart after full service.
Did send in a short period 2 watches apart from each to give them a service.
One needed it cause the stopwatched button fell off and the other watch bezel fell apart in less then 1.5 years after service.
While wearing the third one, the lumnidot falls off after less then a month wearing. This watch I barely use because it too elegant. Nevertheless it went for a full service 28 months earlier. So I sent the watch for service again and explaining the dealer after picking up the other ones and now they have the courage to charge the same service I paid before. To change the new battery to a new battery and polish it again.
Nevertheless, the automatic one arrives after a complete service above 600 and the freaking crown falls apart.
So in a short time the service center screws up 3 watches and want to charge me again.
The quality of the brand went from great to worst. Maybe stop sponsor F1 and focus to fix the watches properly.
