Not fixing product under warranty

WHILE MY WATCH IS UNDER WARRANTY, THEY ARE BLAMING AN EXTERNAL SCRATCH ( not visible to the naked eye) for the watch fast-forwarding by 5 mins every day! I have to rewind the watch every day ...so the automatic watch is simply not giving me the correct time and they are blaming an external scratch! This is appalling!

Very disappointing reaction from Tissot Customer service.Having bought a £1000+ watch T Touch Solar,I found the main strap far too stiff and uncomfortable to wear.A second strap was included which was bright yellow and was very comfortable but for informal use only.I requested a replacement for the main strap,only to be told my Tissot that this would not happen.There was no empathy or understanding or any attempt by Tissot to solve the problem.Just a big NO.This isnt the treatment expected from a major player.So disappointed

I've had two Tissot watches about…

I've had two Tissot watches about fifteen years apart - both expensive priced. I was a fool for going back. Both had the straps malfunction (come undone) within a few months. The most recent one, I didn't get fixed within the guarantee time, and I'm sad to say that Tissot quoted me almost the cost of the watch to repair it. The customer service is impersonal and they don't care.

Bought a tour de france watch strap…

Bought a tour de france watch strap fell off when i got home so i refitted it. Battery failed after 3 months,shop tried to charge me. Replaced 2 futher batterys in 3 years,
Then the strap split. Bought a genuine strap its fell off every time ive wore it now the chrono has ceased to work . £350 absolute pile of dog poo

Tissot canada a rip off after sales service

Tissot canada repair service is a rip off. You send in your watch for a repair only to find out that regardless of the actual repair on the mechanic of the watch, they will not repair it unless you also buy a 60$ strap from them. What does repairing a watch has to do with a strap

The tissot brand watches are absolutely…

The tissot brand watches are absolutely a piece of junk watch. I had for 6 months and they refused to fix it. I wouldn't buy a watch for them ever again. They hang up on you and don't return calls. I would give 0 stars if I could. Michael Methot

Very bad Tissot customer service

I have a maintenance on my Tissot watch. After 2 months after payment, there is still no update on my watch at all. I called them 10 times and the service telephone automatically hangs up after 1 min and never call me back as it was said. Very bad customer service, no update at all, also not reachable.

Luckily after 3 months I got my watch back and repaired.

Poor Quality Control

Just received a strap for my new T-Touch watch from Tissot.

The spring bar is faulty and gave up after a short time causing the watch to fall from my wrist. This is not the sort of quality I would expect from a Swiss watch brand and luckily the watch seems undamaged, though it should never have happened.

This is my 3rd watch from Tissot and not the first additional strap. Im am very unhappy.

Always problems. Always expensive. Scam like!

Had a Tissot watch many years ago. The battery died. I sent it to get a new battery and was advised they didnt support that watch any more. So they gave me a minimal discount off one. Now many years later the battery has gone on that one. On sending it in, it appears that it is not JUST the battery but £250 of repairs. Would never ever buy one again. Useless. Likes one-off vapes!!!

Terrible customer service, poor quality watches

Had a watch from new less than 2 years old. Didn’t have purchase or warranty info because I won it. Told them this but they still said to send it in anyway then said they charge over £200 to fix it. Tissot Seastar 2000 is a poor quality watch and the customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

4 MONTHS FOR REPAIR...TRYING TO CHARGE 4 WSRRANTY WIRK

Purchased 2 Tissot ..One Prx watche at Bloomingdales.....Seemed OK until the crown fell out of one of them...Owned for less than 1 year....sent back to Tissot....and ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH ANOUT PAYMENT FOR UNDER WARRANTY PART...... I've had to make 3 or 4 different phone calls at least 7 to 10 emails.....
He'll wait on hold for 45 minutes that happened at least 3 times.....been hung up on twice...They keep wanting to charge me and I've had to go back and forth with them it's ridiculous...... Now I just called up to check on the watch apparently it's ready for them to send it back to me but now they're trying to charge me again for it $95 I'm like what the f***.... Will never Buy another TISSOT product ever... The right hand definitely does not know what the left hand is doing over there at the service center.....

Excellent service from Tissot

Excellent service from Tissot. An adjustment to the bracelet of my watch was done recently in such a smooth and professional way.
Customer service is superb; just could not be bettered.

One star is too much for Tissot

One star is too much for Tissot. The watch is actually a swatch rebranded and mine is a tachymeter400 supposedly waterproof (it is not) and timer doesn’t reset. It stopped because of salt water damage when I was swimming. They refused to accept it was not a problem with their seal. Cost me €500 to fix and never ever resets. Rubbish

Really disappointed with my Tissot…

Really disappointed with my Tissot watch which I bought in 2016. The numbers 2 and 10 fell off at one point so I had to send it off to be repaired and two weeks later the pin holding the bracelet to the watch keeps working itself out. Fortunately noticed but it really isn’t good enough from a luxury Swiss brand. My next watch will be anything other than a Tissot.

Excellent customer service. Good value for a quality product.

Excellent customer service. Good value for a quality product. Pre-paid return shipping was prompt and silver service for when it required inspection and battery replacement. They even sent a protective case. The online ordering and returns system is fast, easy and efficient. From my experiences, they seem to emphasise good customer care and satisfaction.

Loses time and not covered

My husband thought if he spent a decent amount of money on a good watch it would be a lifetime investment. How wrong could he be. Prior to the 12 month mark we took it back to the shop where he purchased as the watch lost time. The watch came back and worked for a short period then the same thing happened however it’s now out of warranty and the shop where purchased said there is nothing can be done. To pay $700 for a watch to not last two years is totally unacceptable. We hope this review makes people think twice about purchasing a Tissot.

.Disappointed with Tissot Watch Functionality and Customer Service…

I recently received a Tissot watch as a gift, and while initially impressed with the brand's reputation and the watch's design, my experience has been far from ideal.

Shortly after using the watch, I noticed the second hand wasn't moving. Assuming it was a unique feature, I didn't think much of it. However, upon further research, I discovered it needed a new battery.

Disappointed, I contacted Tissot customer service for a simple solution. Unfortunately, my attempt was unsuccessful, forcing me to return the watch to the store. A supposedly routine battery replacement turned into a frustrating 5-week repair process, leaving me without my watch and feeling neglected.

Looking back, I realised similar experiences were shared in online reviews. My situation wasn't isolated but part of a larger pattern with Tissot products and customer service.
