No charger for 2 year old watch

I bought a E3 Calibre in late 2022 -- right as they introduced the new E4. Good quality watch and classy looking but battery lasts less than a day and no sleep monitoring. My charger became corroded. However, the E3 charger is out of stock...but it said "fill out the form".....10 days later, someone called me and said "We no longer sell this watch so no longer stock accessories" -- they can order a charger, but it will take 8-10 weeks" -- Geez: Amazon ships stuff from overseas in 2-3 days. I will get another watch.
