I had not realized that this UK satellite of the German company was based in Germany. Don't know if I had known I would have used.
I ordered Saturday and by Wednesday the order status had not changed. I emailed customer service and received a professional reply advising that it has been dispatched but will be invisible till it hits UK customs and may take up to 7 days. I was provided with a tracking number DHL. I think we have all been spoiled by the next day delivery services we expect today. The order arrived unannounced on Monday. Well packaged safe and sound.

When you're at the mercy of UK customs and exiles and our couriers, I feel Thomman did well. I would use this company again.

I bought a watch from them a few years ago, it was a Tag Heuer Autavia. After 3years the benzel fell out, literally. I popped along to EJ and found out that there was no warranty and there would be a repair bill to fix the watch. I felt that for a £2.5k watch that's falling apart after a 3 year wear was unacceptable. The store manager (Rikke Law)was more than helpful. The watch was sent to TAG UK for assessment. This took a while i.e. 3 months to advise me that they will repair FOC as a goodwill gesture. Hoping to get the watch back in a few weeks.

I was provided a tracking number for DHL, still no change to order. Got a pleasant surprise today when the SL1200MK7 arrived this afternoon. Well packed and quick dispatch. A+++++ seller.

Ordered the DS2 and arrived next day. Brilliant company who always deliver.

Bought from website for 21 plate cx30. The wipers do not fit this car, even though the company advised they would. Total waste of money, buy cheap, buy often.

Ordered a new refrigerator, paid for delivery, installation and recycle all the waste. Guys arrived on time, done their bit and left.

Later that day we noticed the appliance was not working. Called for assistance, advised unable to attend till next Wednesday. The house is a vulnerable adults house, supported by staff, usually female staff. The staff member was unable to pull the appliance out to check the connections, hence we paid for installation.

This morning I managed to pull the appliance out to take a look, plugged in yes, switched on no.

Thanks AO for a whole refrigerator contents had to be disposed off due to being spoiled.

AO contacted myself regarding the issue. Professional response, they were courteous and arranged for compensation from this misunderstanding.

Good quality tools at a decent price. They also stock most spare parts as well. Have a petrol.mower and the annual service kit is brilliant, great value for money.

Quick delivery once handed over to them, tracked through their app start to finish. Parcel arrived when it was meant to.

After buying one of your watches just over three years ago, the watch bezel fell out whilst on holiday. The watch came with a two year warranty which could be extended to five years free if you registered the watch with TAG on purchase. I never extended it with the thought what could possibly go wrong in five years.

I realized that there was a misunderstanding between myself, Ernest Jones and TAG which caused confusion all round.

My watch was sent to TAG UK and they are repairing the watch FOC as feature of good will. A big thank you TAG UK ref Steve

Exceptional service, did what they said they would. Quick install and Brian and co definitely know what they are doing. Would highly recommend if you are considering changing a mechanical garage door to one of these. Guys are easy to deal with and highly professional. This product has transformed the way we use the garage.

This is an absolute joke of a company. Ordered 18.05.25, Evri advised waiting on package 22.05.25, still the same status today 30.05.25. No communication, this company gives the impression they are in the UK, this is a Chinese outfit posting from China using surface post cheapest possible option. I think my item is being walked here.

Lost all services on Friday 29.11.2024, engineer came out Monday found the fault, fiber optic at the exchange, advised by text that will be rectified today 03.12.24 by 1300, arrived home, no services. Called VM call handler Jon really nice and understanding, advised that it is another company that performers this repair and the job will roll over till it is fixed. Profit before service VM, your bills go up annually, service gets worse and we are at your mercy till the contract ends. That's 5 days with no digital services, your broadband may be fast, your aftercare service is appalling slow.

Got stranded on new to me motorcycle and knew I had cover through my Nationwide account, called the general telephone number and within 20min Simon arrived. The call handlers were brilliant as was Simon. Excellent service

I pay off my credit card balances each month, I took out the Asda card because of a promotion with Asda Pounds and myself and my wife use this for day to day spending. The limit I was given was £3.5k not realising that with most months spending averaging £1.5k. I had no idea that this would through up alerts on my credit report, that I am utilising 37% of the stingy credit limit. I have 6 cards with a total credit limit of £55k utilizing 3% of my total credit limit. What I noticed is that when making payments to the Asda card, the transactions takes days to be processed, sitting as pending for days. The balance is never a true reflection of the true balance. This is not the case with my other credit cards. I will no longer use this Micky mouse card.

Well ordered on the 29th and chased em on the following Tuesday. I had forgotten about the BH weekend. Luckily on my part I was not rude lol. DT answered same day, advising goods are being dispatched today. Great customer service, excellent service all round. Would def use again
