Less Than Poor Service
I ordered 4 Oodies as early Christmas presents on 25th October 2023. After much back and forth on email with their Customer Service Team I eventually received them today 4th January 2024. The service was shocking and the excuses were poor, I even had to change my original selections because they had sold out of my original options and it still took a further month to get the items. Lovely product but shocking customer service which would put me off ordering from this company ever again
