Truly bad customer service.
I took my watch into the Trafford centre Tag shop. I needed a new battery. They said it would need service too at a cost of £115. I agreed. I mentioned that the illumination on the hands wasn’t as bright and could they check it. This was July. They said it may take over 5wks. I heard nothing from them so called them on the 15/09/2025. I spoke with Andrew. Who said they had emailed me and called me. At no point did I receive a phone call or email. I am very diligent and would always respond.
He said they had sent my watch back with nothing done to it. As he said the fragments from the hands could damaged the mechanism. As they need to take the hands off to replace the battery. I checked on this and this is not the case. To deem my watch unrepairable when all it needed was a batter is truly soo bad.
As I left their store there’s a watch repair counter. Who pressure tested my watch and put a new battery in for £89 and it’s working perfectly. All I can say is shame on you Tag Heuer if this is how you feel a company should be run. I sent their head office an email with no reply either. I will never buy from them again

I’ve already contacted your customer service to no avail. They just said the hands would have to be removed to replace the battery. I have evidence of this on an email.
Good customer service resolves things makes things better. It’s not sending people round in circles to no avail. Do better Tag Heuer

The staff at the TAG store at the Domain were exceptionally great. The excitement that they held for the opening of this store was evident. I found a watch that was beautiful and will become an heirloom. They made the buying experience fun with their great sales knowledge and ability to communicate with the customer.

It was my first time in Paris, off course i walked the champs elysses, looking for my piece unique for the trip, i entered Tag Heuer and was greeted by a Michael, a really polite and nice guy, he made my experience in the store great, i didnt purchase anything but still he remain nice and was so understanding about finding the right one insteed of pushing a sell.
5 stars for the experience and greetings to michael

Well would you believe it they have contacted me……… however they are again asking me to contact customer services via a form completion. I’ve done this 3 possibly 4 times already, why should this time be different. Needless to say I will not contact them I have had enough of them.

Very happy with my experience at Tag Heuer in Lakeside shopping centre in Essex. I thought I might get shade as I was wearing a Rolex, a rival brand, but nothing could have been further from the truth! The manager Kay Nyarku and his wonderful team were very welcoming and professional from the start. Taking an interest in my watch collection and me and a person. I tried on a few F1 Chronographs and Monaco’s and even got a complimentary drink and a brochure to take home. The watches were stunning. I have always promised myself a Tag Heuer and this will absolutely be the store I purchase from based on my first class treatment. Highly recommend.

I cannot fault the tag heuer staff in queensgate Peterborough. Prebiotic the lovely lady who served me me was so nice . Polite and happy to serve me. Having been in previously with my wife's watch . She remembered me and called me by named which I loved.
I took my watch in for repair and had in back in 3 weeks. I cannot fault the company or all the staff in tag store

I trusted TAG Heuer Chermside and Acting Manager Owen Fuller with my watch in February — it came back months later in worse condition, with missing box and papers, and after I was lied to about it being serviced. Instead of a proper refund or replacement, I was offered less than I paid in store credit — appalling service for a so-called luxury brand.

Following my previous review mid July , Tag customer services got in touch asking me to contact them so we could discuss my problems with the connected series watch. Dropped them an email ( I’m old school ) and waited fr a response……….. yes you’ve guessed it, I’m still waiting ( As Diana Ross used to sing!) nowt, zilch, nada.
The watch still sits in a drawer turned off, and avoided at all costs.

i've dealt with many top end company's but nothing comes near the appalling way i've been treated by Tag Heuer i am still waiting for a refund and the customer service is the worst ever lies and excuses and phone calls never returned i will never buy from Tag Heuer again
