Bought a connected E4 42mm back in May of this year 2025. Visited two boutiques and no one informed me a better model was launching in 4 months time. Spent 1000+ on the watch. Emailed Tag to ask about a trade in or if I can get anything back and was offered 180.


Do not. Buy a Tag Heuer connected watch they are worth (according to Tag Heuer customer services) 180 pounds after a few months.

I’ve had my Twelve now for nearing twelve months. This isn’t my first Christopher Ward which should go some way to assuring on just how good these are.

I bought my twelve as a future gift for my son Ben - whose name I had engraved on the back. I wanted something British, with Swiss quality and that small brand feeling you get from dealing with Christopher Ward.

I did contact support prior to my order and had a brilliant response which resulted in me buying an additional rubber strap.

Although for my son, I have worn the piece on special occasions and it’s always got great comments. The bracelet is the best I’ve ever worn, the dial just distracts you from the day to day looking at all the lines and shapes is ace.

As I say, I buy a lot of watches and it’s rare I buy two from the same brand in consecutive years but for this quality and brand I make an exception. My son is disabled and I hope when he’s 18 he’s going to be wearing this to university or whatever he chooses to do - because he can.

Ordered a new boiler on the 3rd of September for an install date of the 16th. Submitted photos using the app on the 4th. Boxt ring two days before the installation wanting another 500 for the job to be done. Don’t want to pay the extra had to cancel. Why cant the photos be reviewed sooner than two days before the install? Now left without hot water till I can book in another firm. If you are using boxt I’d suggest ringing them and asking them to review photos as soon as they are uploaded.
