If I could put 0 stars I would! All seemed smooth upon parking the car before heading to the airport. Upon returning I found my car had been seriously damaged and was unable to drive home at 4am in the morning. The tyre was off the rim!!!
My car was fully serviced and had all new tyres a few weeks before using this company. I won’t be using them again. I advice not leaving your cars with them the don’t accept reliability for any damage caused in their care. I would add pictures there is no option to upload these here. I will be leaving reviews on Google itself and adding the pictures there

The minibus that was supposed to take us to the airport came after 30mins or so and the person who drove it there was not even a driver, he was a member of the admin team. They tried calling the driver but the phone kept going to voicemail and passengers were getting understandably angry.
In the end a CUSTOMER DROVE US to the airport in the company minibus, I have never experienced anything like this and I will be making a formal complaint.
I have video footage of the customer driving us and have attached pictures.
I have sent multiple emails and letters via recorded delivery with no answer. I then called the number used for pick up and eventually they blocked my number. I then went to the office to speak to the manager and was told that the manager would be coming between 5-7pm (blatant lie), in the same conversation I was then told the manager was out of the country. They put the 'manager' on the phone and I was told I would receive a refund as I did not get the service I paid for. What leg would the company have to stand on if the customer's son who drove us in THEIR minivan had crashed?? I am still awaiting a refund and I have escalated this. I would advise all dissatisfied customers to report.

Filthy dirty car on return, car tampered with and part stolen
Apparently company is lgwparkandride through/part of gatwickairportparkingspaces. The only positive was guy that met and dropped my daughter and wife off was helpful and friendly but the rest of the experience was ALL NEGATIVE and with no response whatsovever despite several emails to complain.
Young lad picked up wife and daughter and stayed on phone for whole journey and didn't help at all with luggage. Fellow passenger helped instead. On collection car was absolutely filthy, mud and covered in pigeon mess all over it. On further inspection when she arrived home I noticed both offside tyres had been let down to way under pressure [dangerously low] and valve caps were both missing. In boot, a brand new puncture repair kit had been taken from under boot carpet [there was 100% no punctures and confirmed in days following collecting car and having pumped tyres up to correct pressures] and pump removed which was know missing hence rendering the kit completely useless. So basically we ended up with a car that was in a disgusting state, pump stolen from boot and tyres tampered with for no reason at all. Will never use this company again, absolutely shocking especially as they can't even be bothered to communicate with you when you raise a complaint

I used Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces recently and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I will never be using this company again and strongly advise others to stay well clear.
On our return, it took over 10 phone calls just to get through to someone. Then we had to wait more than 30 minutes to be picked up. When we finally got back to the parking lot, it was chaotic. There were only three staff members: one doing airport pickups, one retrieving cars, and one completely overwhelmed and ignoring the constantly ringing phone.
To make matters worse, when we got our car back, it was filthy clearly parked under a tree, covered in dust and debris. Then I noticed a deep scratch across the driver’s side wing mirror, like it had been scraped against something. Absolutely unacceptable.
This company is unprofessional, understaffed, and careless with customers' vehicles. I left angry and disappointed. Don’t make the same mistake choose a more reputable service.

Waited over 30mins for airport pick up even though we contacted them as requested, after collecting luggage. Arrived back at office to collect car. No communication from staff, one staff member running around with keys, clearly unable to locate cars. Next bus arrived with passengers and these were served before us. Total lack of organisation and communication. Cars should be ready and waiting outside the makeshift office for customers to collect. After waiting an hour for our car to be located it was driven up covered in thick mud like it had been driven through a rally. Again no explanation from the owners just a blank look! Mud was also inside the car, up the doors on the dashboard, on the pedals and mats. Clearly parked too close to another car that the driver had to climb over the passenger seat to get out, smothering the inside with mud.
In an attempt to redeem themselves one of tbe workers directed us to tbe car wash next door which we used only for them to try and charge us of which we redirected them to the car parking company to reclaim.
While we were waiting for our car other customers experienced the poor service too, non communication of why we were waiting long periods while one guy attempted to locate cars. Total lack of organisation and extremely non existent customer service.
I found this site on a comparison site I would recommend not using this company as they have total lack of respect for people and their cars. Not worth tbe 1 star given but had to submit 1 star to write a review. Avoid company unless you want your car returned to you covered in mud.
Absolute shambles of a business
Absolute shambles of a business. How they are still trading is beyond me. We took two cars for our holiday parking went to pick up yesterday and all hell broke loose.
My car was ready but hubbys Audi wasn’t so I agreed to wait next door at the garage. That’s when it started to go down hill. My clutch had gone, I had driven 2.5 hrs two weeks prior with no issues. The car was washed the day we travelled, it was full off mud and they
Did bugger all except laugh at me, then they arrived with a silver Audi engine turned on and left the car open running, they said to my husband there is your car (this was not my husbands) so this was left running for 20 plus minutes before I removed the key and locked the car. 2 hours later the young boy on reception gets the owner on the phone and told my husband that it was tough shit and they didn’t care (all this time I still had the key that belonged to the silver Audi) they were not liable.
While we was there another family had raised concerns as the whole right side of their Audi has been scrapped not just a little scratch, the whole side would need replacing.
They finally brought my husbands car in and they had originally told us it was at the back of the car park, the car was driven through the front entrance so god knows where it has been however both cars had been driven an additonal 50 miles each since we dropped them off. This business needs investigating massively

Shocking experience... dropped car off at what looked like a dump... cars are taken off somewhere ( god knows where) for storage. This company only operates one small minibus for drop offs and collection from airport.
Waited an hour for collection from terminal.

Cannot stress enough to avoid this 'company'. Lesson learned as they were slightly cheaper than other providers. Totally unprofessional, zero manners, zero help with luggage into or out of their dodgy transport. Our return journey from the airport was horrendous. The driver was racing against another vehicle (and it was lashing with rain) all of us in the van were petrified and didn't think we would be getting back to the depot in one piece at all. One of the seat belts does not work either. A cowboy company that should not be trading!!!
Best value no frills quality service
I parked my car with these guys whilst I was away for 10 days. Right from the point where I booked to the point where I dropped off the car and eventually when I picked up the car, the service was courteous on time and professional. I was picked up from the airport terminal Promptly within five minutes . My car r was returned to me exactly in the same condition as I had dropped it thanks guys. Will definitely use you guys again. Keep doing the great work.

Do not use this company!! I was told to call them when we picked up our luggage which i did. I was told 30 minutes until pick up and the driver would call me when he arrived. Waited over an hour with no call. Called the reception 5 times and was told he’ll definitely call me. Still nothing. Finally after confronting a driver I had seen drive past 4 times and pick up other passengers, he said he was the right pick up driver. When I asked why he didn’t call, he couldn’t answer. When I told him I was waiting over an hour, he said I wasn’t! No apology nothing. Had a 3 hour drive home at a journey which should have started at 12:15 but didn’t get going until well past 1:00am. Reception was awful, just handed my keys and didn’t say anything. Avoid at all costs!

Arrived at their scrap yard and told to leave the vehicle where i had parked it up, was told "we dont need your key".
Hopped into an absolute shed of a Mercedes Vito, there was left over rubbish and a stench beyond belief.
Driving to the airport, the Van's brake pads were metal on metal, and the rear axle was knocking as if it was ready to fall out, extremely dangerous.
Upon return, we followed the instructions to request pick up.
I was hung up on twice and then my number blocked before even having a proper conversation, my partner had to call from a seperate number which was answered and arranged.
We were picked up into an equally appalling VW Transporter with torn up seats, Fumes were filling the cabin.
Upon return to the "scrap yard", my vehicle had been pushed forward against a fence post and boxed in by two other vehicles, when asking the young lad at reception if he could move them so that i can get into my car, he told me "you will have to climb in the other side and move it yourself".
I refused to do this, and told him that he got it in there, so he can pull it out.
Response - "NOT MY PROBLEM".
At this point i went sub-nuclear.
Too dark to check for damage, and reminded that id signed a waiver (which isn't presented until AFTER you've signed the vehicle in, and is presented on the back of a small piece of paper.)
I asked the spotty little twerp if i damaged another vehicle trying to get into my own, who's responsibility would it be then? He said mine....
I closed the conversation with "Well, lets see shall we." and a few other choice words.
He was rude to me, rude to my Mrs, and only moved a vehicle over (which was his own shed of a 1 series BMW) in fear of any damage happening to it.

Do not use this company. My windscreen was cracked upon my return, not just chipped - a full length crack. Spoke to the person on site - Jaydeep Lathiya.
No responsibility taken, despite the vehicle arriving in good condition. Tried to phone and email to resolve this, everything ignored, they do not respond to you.
Small Claims Court will be contacting them. This company will not look after you if something goes wrong.

Lied to us about how long it would be till we leave for the airport waiting 40mins as new drivers were coming. The young lad at reception is rude and has no customer service manners.
Coming back was even worse!
We were waiting 45minutes to be picked up and when we had arrived back to the car the driver got out and walked off leaving our luggage in the rear still locked. When following him in to ask can he unlock the vehicle he looks at me and speaks Indian. God only knows what he was saying about me.
When getting our keys and having to look for the car we was met with bird poo and branches all over the car. When going back in to ask the guy what’s happened I was told not to complain to him and email an email address he’d given me.
When emailing, I was told I should have raised the complained at reception before leaving.

Go in prepared. Unlike all the other ariport parkjing compainies situated around Gatwick, this one took the longest to send out their shuttle. (We watched each of the other companies sending out multiple shuttles before our first one arrived) Then upon collecting our car after our 2 week stint abroad we find our new perfectly clean and polished car FILTHY inside - the windows were left OPEN!! leaves, animal residues, spider webs... the works!! What a mess!!! Was very VERY disappointed, won't be using again!
