Mark was really helpful during our visit. We weren't intending to buy our washing machine, dishwasher and American fridge freezer on that day but we did with the help of Mark. He showed us the options on everything we were after. He wasn't pushy, just really helpful.

Louie was so attentive and had answers to all the questions we asked. He was on time and mindful that we were in someone else's house.

I was recommended by a friend and it really was so simple.
You do have to take a lot of photos but it's worth it.
The whole process was clear, quick and easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

The travel to Gatwick and back was really prompt.The car parking was easy to find. Only thing I would say is we were advised to call half an hour before arriving at the car park which we did but no one was answering the phone until we were 10 minutes away and the bloke moaned at us for not ringing earlier!
