Really well run and efficient smaller parking outfit. Slightly obscure entrance but when you realise it's literally just after the Texaco garage it's not a problem. Pick up and drop off to Gatwick airport was easy to arrange and felt comfortable leaving the car there. Would definitely use these guys again.

Had to deal with the National Express lost property department recently and had a nightmare getting in touch with them. Nothing seemed to work as it should and when I called just stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Shockingly I was charged £17 for a 20 minute call to their customer service number. After complaining I was told National Express only charged 13p a minute and this was not their responsibility. They should not be charging for this service AT ALL! I am with one of the largest phone providers so many others will possibly fall into this trap, some may find themselves paying astronomical fees and National Express must be aware what is happening here and yet seem not to care at all. I'm done with the company after this experience and will not be using any of their services in the future. DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Lad called Ben at the Poole store helped me look at tents. He showed me to the one I'd been looking for and a bunch of others so I had a good choice. Ben was friendly and helpful so I was really happy with my purchase at the end of it. Wouldn't hesitate to ask him for help again next time I'm there.
