Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Cannot stress enough to avoid this 'company'. Lesson learned as they were slightly cheaper than other providers. Totally unprofessional, zero manners, zero help with luggage into or out of their dodgy transport. Our return journey from the airport was horrendous. The driver was racing against another vehicle (and it was lashing with rain) all of us in the van were petrified and didn't think we would be getting back to the depot in one piece at all. One of the seat belts does not work either. A cowboy company that should not be trading!!!

Appalling customer service-cheap tat!

Appalling customer service. Clothes look amazing on their website and RHOC, however, these are cheap tat! Avoid! And waiting time for a refund is ridiculous, I've been waiting 12 days for a refund since this was delivered back to them, you just get fobbed off left right and centre. It does not take 12 days for a paypal refund! Will never use again; better quality in Primark!

All refunds are processed within 10 working days of the item arriving back into us - this is inline with all online retailers.
Please contact our customer service team with your order and post office tracking number if your refund has not been processed within this timescale and they will look into it as a priority.

placed an order for the first time

placed an order for the first time, one of the items was the wrong size (their error). initially they told me I had to pay to return it for an exchange!!! I argued it, and they then sent a prepaid return label. Still waiting to hear if/when getting the correct item send back out ( free postage I hope!) or if they are just refunding. Did like the clothing though!

Have had a few issues with Very…

Have had a few issues with Very historically, however, I've always managed to have these resolved (after kicking up a stink first!)
However, I agree with most of the other customers on here in regards to the fact Very should NOT be currently still trading and allowing online orders, when they cannot provide any customer service or assistance at the same time. No way! Switch off your website until you are able to provide a normal service. You cannot take customers money without being able to follow it up.
I see Very are owned by shopdirect.com, I have located a few ceo email addresses so it might be worth trying one or all of these to get a response to your issue. sam.perkins at shopdirect dot com also henry.birch and phil.hackney and mark.billingham all the same with the email. Good luck!

Ordered a t-shirt to the UK. AVOID this company!!

Ordered a t-shirt to the UK. After waiting a month and no replies to any emails it arrived. Cheap and nasty quality. Tried it on and immediately went out if shape. Complained directly asking for a refund and would return. Email ignored. Raised dispute via PayPal. They responded that their company policy is to not offer refunds if the item is worn!!!! So you can't try anything on then!!??? I paid for the item to be sent back and then turns out their returns address and contact number are incorrect!!! After complaining and getting nowhere with PayPal and ups unable to deliver I eventually emailed the CEO of PayPal in disgust over the whole issue. This was 2 months after placing the order!! Funnily enough I received a full refund within 24hours! It pays to complain until the bitter end...... Nalla are a complete scam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Very unhappy customer!

I ordered a set of bedroom furniture, which did arrive fairly quickly. However, there were numerous issues with the products. A runner on one my drawers was bent out of shape. Parts of the drawer with no holes in to fit screws! And cupboard knobs with screw holes so big no screws actually fitted them!
After emailing, and receiving a confirmation of someone being in touch within 8 hours, suffice to say 2 days later nobody has replied! Terrible customer service and won't be using again!

Appalling service!

I placed an order for a mascara on their website on the 10th October, with a confirmation email sent to me on the 11th October confirming the item had been despatched. I would receive the item by the 25th October. After contacting this company, it seems I now have to wait until the 10th November for this to 'possibly' arrive. I won't even be in the country by that point! Bitterly regret ordering a simple item of make up from this company. How can it take that long to arrive! I can only assume this is being delivered by a tortoise who is currently stuck on a container ship between their depot and New Zealand! Avoid this company! Not even an apology from them! Shocking service!
