Pay the extra £7 and go with a better company.

Lied to us about how long it would be till we leave for the airport waiting 40mins as new drivers were coming. The young lad at reception is rude and has no customer service manners.

Coming back was even worse!
We were waiting 45minutes to be picked up and when we had arrived back to the car the driver got out and walked off leaving our luggage in the rear still locked. When following him in to ask can he unlock the vehicle he looks at me and speaks Indian. God only knows what he was saying about me.

When getting our keys and having to look for the car we was met with bird poo and branches all over the car. When going back in to ask the guy what’s happened I was told not to complain to him and email an email address he’d given me.

When emailing, I was told I should have raised the complained at reception before leaving.
Absolute joke!

NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN

NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.

Started out with the flights changing and was told it’s nothing to do with on the beach (even though it’s a package holiday). We had asked on the beach to extend the room time as we have young children and now being forced to a night flight we need the room longer, we was told ask the hotel when you get there. The hotel wanted an extra £60!

The hotel was very misleading.
The photos used were from 10years ago and when raising a problem to staff regarding broken pool steps, broken tiles around the pool and no food or tea bags everyday we were ignored. The list is endless with how many problems other holiday makers and ourselves had.

I have got through to the chat service which is also shocking and if put your phone down for 2 minutes to feed the baby your kicked out the chat and made to wait for another hour till someone replies.

Complaints have gone in but yet no reply, what a shock!

When a company like this is already struggling to keep customers happy and also use Wizz air for air lines, are you hoping for the company to fold?

CEO’s, MD’s, DIRECTORS… all need your heads wobbled.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE!

We booked with on the beach and didn’t know anything about this airline at the time. We soon did after our experience as does the other 90% of unhappy and angry customers.

I have photographic proof my family of 5 was unable to check in online for our outbound flight due to the system being down but still had to pay £44 per person.

It also stated on the app check-in is “check-in at the desk only” for our inbound flight but yet I was told by the desk I’m having to be charged again for not checking in online another £220. The first x4 families had to pay this but a manager then came out and asked who else has this problem, with 90% of the passengers putting their hand up with the same issue the airline decided to let them all through without paying as it would delay the flight.

We have proof outbound and inbound but yet we are not being listened too. We also had the phone put down on us multiple times trying to sort out this mess. When finally getting through on the phone, your listened to for a short time then told sorry we can’t hear you and they put the phone down.

The most disgusting airline that is money grabbing, no thought for those that give them the custom! The business should be closed down immediately or taken over by those that know how to treat good paying customers.

I am still in contact with the x4 families as we speak all fighting for the money back but as me we are still being ignored.

More for the older generation (55+)

Me and the misses took a short 4-day break without the kids which was lovely. Great location, lovely hotel.

The only reason for not giving it a 5 star review was the fact the hotel we stayed at didn’t have those of our age range. Those staying there were aged 55+. Even the music around the pool during the day and the evening entertainment was like spending the weekend with my grandparents and their friends.

We did however recommended the hotel and Palma nova itself to the mother in law and aunt.
