Frustrating Transfer Experience with Avoidable Issues
On the way to the airport, the driver carelessly threw our fragile surfboards into the car, resulting in dents. On the return trip, we called the company as soon as we landed and were told the pick-up would arrive 30 minutes later. We arrived at the bus stop on time, but ended up waiting over 50 minutes. Each time we called, we were told the driver was just 5 minutes away—only to wait another 25 minutes after each update.
While the actual ride was fine, the overall service was disorganised and unacceptable, especially given how easily these issues could have been avoided with a bit more care and communication.
