Rough ground for car park
We arrived after going into the tarmac APH who directed us to the correct carpark down the road. We were taken aback as we had to leave our car on a rough ground area along with quite a few others and no help was given to advise on the space as they were almost full. I assumed the car was taken went back to an area I could see at the back. I really wasn’t happy with the rough ground I left it on and the way the cars were all parked, felt like dumped and wasn’t convinced it would be ok.
The shuttle for the airport was quick and efficient.
On the way back (12.30am) we rang and they were quite abrupt when my daughter couldn’t remember the car reg as I popped to the loo. She told him the name but he stressed her out by being rude she couldn’t remember. We were then told to meet at point 6.
We trotted off to the collection point and quite quickly a van arrived but there was a lot of people at stop so we were unsure who it was for, 2 men looked at us and we looked at them but nothing!
Someone went over to them but not for them, we said are you her for us? One of the men got out, took the cases and said someone needs to sit in the front.
The 2 chaps spoke to each other in thier own language until we got back, took our cases out and left us!!
Yes we were tired but not a hello, not a had a nice time, we felt we were a total inconvience to them.
I wouldn’t use them again, 5 mins further down the road and an extra £10 APH would have been a much better peace of mind.

Great service from dropping our cars at the carpark to picking them back up after our trip. Minimal waiting time at the airport and staff were outstanding as well. Overall, very happy with it all.

The parking lot is in a construction area
The parking lot is in an industrial/building area, so the roads and parking lot is on gravel with lots of screws and nails. My car was parked on site and when the driver went to pick it up for me upon my return, he spun my wheels and brought the car over. Upon inspection, the inside of my car had been damaged due to rough handling and along the journey home my car indicated a puncture n my tyre. Upon inspection, there was a screw in the rear causing the puncture and another in the front (which luckily hadn't pierced). After reporting the problem to the manager, I got blocked and my calls were not being answered. Pay the extra £10 and go around the corner and park with them instead.

After arrival, paperwork k was sorted quickly, Immediate transfer to airport: issued with details for return. Collected very quickly on our return. All staff were polite and helpful.

Drop off was fine. On return from our holiday, we were left waiting for half an hour at the location we were instructed to (5 mins walk with cases away from terminal). Half an hour later they phone to ask where we were. They then made us walk all the way back round to a different collection point (back towards the terminal). All at 3am which is the last thing we need after a flight and needing to get home. No apology or acknowledgment that they had caused us a long wait and an inconvenience. Car returned with a chip in the drivers door edge, presumably from opening onto an another car. Had not taken pics before handover so was unable to prove this had happened in their care, however, I have had the car from new (1 month old and have not banged the door or anything)

I parked on 3rd July and picked my Car on 8th July 2025. Not just a smooth experience but I'm amazed at their professionalism and care!
I asked why some negative review and was told 10,000 cars come in monthly one or two might have issues, obviously the 9,998ish don't give reviews!!!
I loved the way my car was cared for.
I cherished the way the phone calls where received and action.... I arrived 2 hours early with no HITCHES. I waited less than 18 minutes for the 8th July pick up!
I can't ask for more.

We left our BMW 320 M Sport with them and initially their service was very good.
Upon picking up our car we found it was tucked away behind a van in a dark corner, where as the other family who came up had their car waiting ready to drive away. We didn’t think any of this as it was early hours in the morning and we were tired. But as we drove away we noticed a noise, unsure of what it was we stopped and that’s when we found the front splitter was smashed and hanging off. 80 calls later and no answer, finally managed to get through once and was told that they would send us a form for a damage claim. We never received this and any other attempts to contact them failed, our number was blocked.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, my daughter went with her boyfriend on their 1st ever holiday together, all was great until they picked up their car, 10 miles more than when they dropped off, wheels scuffed and smashed bumper. Oh and covered in mud and bird poo. The guy in the office said yeah and, nothing you can do about it, we are not liable go away. What is that for a company, certainly puts you off any type of meet and great , cowboys giving all other companies a bad rep. Certainly won't use again and will be taking legal advice.
