Fab shoes, good on price for quality.

Landed at Gatwick on time and rang, at 7.45 am, to be collected as informed. Eventually collected an hour later after reminders we were waiting and dropped back at ‘reception’ Told our car was at another site as it was longer than a 20 day stay and that was normal practice!
We were told many times it was in its way and began waiting patiently, but then asked why it hadn’t been brought to us and told that we had booked it until 10 am so couldn’t have it. There were so many staff - meeting in a room at the back - we couldn’t believe that none of them were arranging to get the car back. By 9.55 after much further questioning and stressful conversations, my husband went outside to make a call to the Police to inform them it had been ‘stolen’ and at that point saw the car driving in to the compound. It was covered in mess, leaves and cobwebs.
We checked the car for damage but difficult to see as it was so dirty. Apart from the dashcam being unplugged there didn’t seem to be further damage.
However, I did wonder if we had needed to return early for health reasons for example whether they would refuse to let us have the car until the time it was originally due.
All in all I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole - my stress levels couldn’t go through that again!

I chose a lovely container to re-pot a sapling I had grown which was beginning to look unwell.
The pot arrived very promptly and was exactly what I needed. I chose grey which looks lovely on the patio and was a heavy duty plastic making it easier to move if necessary.
The container took a lot of soil to fill but once completed looks great.
My sapling now has lots of new leaves and is thriving well and looks fabulous in its new sturdy pot.

Fairly easy to do on line as I have before but a technical hitch meant I needed help to make the payment. Fortunately a lovely lady on the helpline sorted it immediately and efficiently, covering all the necessary details and more. Many thanks.

We had tried alternative mattresses after spending many years on a very firm one. The combination of springs and soft top is ideal. It gives a very comfortable sleep but also has enough structure at the edges to enable you to sit on the edge of the bed without feeling as if you are rolling off. My leg pain no longer keeps me awake - thank you
