A customer

Do not use this company!! I was told to call them when we picked up our luggage which i did. I was told 30 minutes until pick up and the driver would call me when he arrived. Waited over an hour with no call. Called the reception 5 times and was told he’ll definitely call me. Still nothing. Finally after confronting a driver I had seen drive past 4 times and pick up other passengers, he said he was the right pick up driver. When I asked why he didn’t call, he couldn’t answer. When I told him I was waiting over an hour, he said I wasn’t! No apology nothing. Had a 3 hour drive home at a journey which should have started at 12:15 but didn’t get going until well past 1:00am. Reception was awful, just handed my keys and didn’t say anything. Avoid at all costs!

Still haven’t received my order. Missed delivery. Called to rebook. Package never arrived on rebook date. Called again, was promised a call back. No call back. Called once more and someone said they would investigate and get back to me. Still waiting.
